    New Dino Theme Idea

Holy hell. Thanks for the idea that you just gave me. Hmm, I seem to agree with one or two of your statements. And I love the Dino 2012 theme, it just won't come out with any more sets, I don't believe. And I did say I'm not done suggesting sets. That list is incomplete. UGH. I don't want to even reply. Keep in mind those aren't the only sets; I'm adding more once I get back from my vacation. And they aren't AT ALL comparable to the Dino 2012 sets. I'm not suggesting this for AFOLs. At least, not the most of them. I'm suggesting something that is meant for kids - because I think like TLG, not as an AFOL. That's all I've got to say.

    New Dino Theme Idea

UPDATE -- Added new sets. And I also want people to know that the set list is STILL INCOMPLETE. Anyway.. I want to first clarify a couple of things first. 1. I KNOW there will not be any more Dino 2012 sets. So, therefore, I don't want to be bashed for wanting that theme to continue, which I don't anyway. 2. I want this to be a new theme. New thread. Independent from any previous thread out there. So, becuase of this, I want your thoughts. Do you like the idea? Do you think Lego should produce it? Do you think anything is totally unreasonable? TELL ME! OK. *clears throat* That is done. Time for creativity! This is a Dinosaur theme. That said, dino themes in the past have left horrible tastes in people's mouths. We need something new.. a fresh rethink of the theme. Here is some basic info to help you picture what I am picturing. Theme Name -- ???????? ???????? # of Sets -- 12-20 Primary Brick Color -- Dark Orange Packaging -- Box/Polybags Types of Sets -- Vehicles, Structures, and Playsets Average prices -- $10 - $130 Common pricepoints -- $12, $20, $35, $40, $50, $65, $80, $100, $124 Types of minifigs -- Scientists, hunters, Dino captors, and civilians Average Minifig count -- 1-6 OK, can you see it? Can you picture it yet? No? OK, here are some of the sets. I'll be adding much more Small Dino Battle Pack - $12 Minifigs - Anti-Dino Trooper x2 Dinosaurs - x3 Compsognathus, x1 Ceolophysis Accessories - ATV APC Ambush - $20 Minifigs - Anti-Dino Trooper x2, Anti-Dino Sergeant Dinosaurs - Allosaurus Accessories - Anti-Dino APC Utahraptor Feeding Ground - $35 Minifigs - Scientist x1, Civilian x2 Dinosaurs - Stegosaurus, x2 Utahraptor Accessories - Abandoned car, Streetlight x2, Ruined building Dino Duel - $45 Minifigs - x1 Civilian, x1 Anti-Dino Trooper Dinosaurs - Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops Accessories - House remnants, hedge, ATV Seismosaurus Study - $70 Minifigs - x1 Scientist, x1 Anti-Dino General Dinosaurs - x1 Seismosuarus Accessories - Abandoned school bus, Tranquilizer turret, x2 tree OK, that's it for now. 3. Not around much, so this whole 'status' thing is quite uneccesary.

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars sets?

I'll have to agree to disagree on that one. Yes; the turret is actually pretty bad, but Luminara more than makes up for it. And a rocket arm SBD, which, I think, only came in one other set?

    Mega Bloks

Yeah, those are the things that get me too. Mostly the lack of bricky-sticky.

    Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!

    HAHAHAHAHA!! Geniusness!

Pictorial Review of Summer 2012 Star Wars Sets:

I still want Plo's more. I'll probably get it at Legoland this summer.

    Future Star Wars Sets

I saw some copies of what I had posted, but ultimately decided to leave it alone. And I do not want to have my ideas posted again, if it is possible, which sometimes it clearly isn't.

Pictorial Review of Summer 2012 Star Wars Sets:

I want Plo Koon's more.. But I did say 'If I had to choose' so I basically wanted other people's opinions. They're pretty much the same except for figs, as are most Jedi Starfighter. I'll probably end up getting both.

If I had to choose between Saesee Tiin's Starfighter or Plo Koon's, which should I get?
  11. Lieutenant_Colonel_Fifi

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?

Probably either the Battle For Geonosis Luminara Unduli, or the CW General Grievous. Luminara has awesome printing.

Episode VI - Battle of Endor Diorama

Those big trees are better than I could ever make them. Oh BTW, the best way to do big trees is to use 4x4 round bricks, with 1x8 brown plates on stud pegs in the holes on the sides. Just a friendly suggestion. Think you could do Kashyyyk? LOL, just kidding.

    Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!

I saw you leaping between buildings last night, putting out a fire. Awesome job But seriously, welcome and hello from the only typing poodle on the web!

    Realm of the Mad God

There are people around here that play this? Awesome, I have no friends that play it. They are all Xbox people, LOL. I'm under Lt_Colonel_Fifi USWest, or something like that. Haven't played in a while. Level 8 Archer.

Then reply to my post and say you agree with me. It's a much better and quicker option. Truth be told, I'm not that annoyed anyway.
