What defines iconic? One could argue The council of Elrond is for it is the gathering of the Fellowship.

Perhaps this is a sign that lego will split the themes like they did with Superheroes. Castle will appeal to the younger demographic while LOTR will be for the older ones.

Neither character appears in the book and are exclusively in the movie. Legolas is the prince of Thranduil who is in the book and Tauriel is a new character altogether.

Their's no way a set that included the Fel Beast would only be $15, the wingspan alone would place it around $30-40. If you want a reference, just look at one of the Ninjago dragon sets.

I find it funny how they act as if the weakness to destroyers droids was common knowledge, even though this is the first episode they show it in. I was hoping that they would reference their own movie by saying that they are vulnerable while rolling, but instead they come up with a new weakness. -

Also, when did Pandora from Avatar become a planet in the SW universe? Those creatures sure were reminiscent of Pandora. Thats what I was thinking as well when I was watching this clip. -

Its funny how even though droids are firing right in front of them, none of them are killed. This show has gotten very stale and is very one sided, the republic always wins and any victory the CIS has is conveniently offscreen. -

As Sam892 said, they put Sue Storm in the situation where she has to be nude in both movies so I wouldn't say their good for kids either.

Wouldn't be surprising seeing as how they have the Man bat in series 8. -
This news is disappointing, SONY had their chance with the Fantastic Four and blew it. They make Galactus a giant cloud, saying that the concept of Galactus is too ridiculous any yet they have a silver man fly around on a surf board throughout the movie.
