LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors
Captain Settle replied to Stash2Sixx's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Do you think we'll get more sets from the Freemaker's Adventures TV show in 2017? I love the show, and there are a lot of cool looking ships in it, but I'm not sure if we'll ever see them get made. (Sorry if this has been asked before, it's difficult to go searching through pages on an iPhone.) -
Very good MOC, the room looks a lot like the training facilities in the CW series. The balconies for people to observe are especially reminiscent of the show.

Wow, love those pillars (lights?) at the side of the room! The micro-fighters are also very impressive,as it can be hard to build things on such a small scale.

I've started a comic based on the events post-Episode VII. It's a comedy, but some strips will be quite serious. I'll try and update on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but as life can get hectic, I may miss some updates. http://thebrickawakens.webcomic.ws/ Comments and Criticism is welcome. Thanks.

How much time before it's no longer considered a spoiler?
Captain Settle replied to Captain Settle's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
MrHerofan, so you think I should have it more like this? I agree that it does look better having the title as the focus, but still warning about the spoilers. -
How much time before it's no longer considered a spoiler?
Captain Settle posted a topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
I've recently been considering making a Star Wars comic based on the events post Episode VII, although they'd be preposterous events that 100% won't happen in Episode VIII. Anyway, I was wondering how long Episode VII must be out for until writing about its events isn't considered a spoiler. No one cares when people write about Darth Vader being Luke's father, and that's a far bigger event than any in the new movie. I could put a warning of spoilers at the start of the comic, although I'm not sure how effective that would be. Also, I'm awful at thinking up comic names, so if anyone has an idea for the name of a Star Wars based LEGO comic, I'd love to hear it. -

Yeah, I thought that most fans would have seen it by now, but I might start my comic off with this: So that if anyone does see spoilers and doesn't want to, the blame is 100% on them. -

Francis stumbles into the hall, weary from a long journey. "Ah" he sighed "it's good to be back." He glanced at the board, only to see there were no quests available, and dropped himself into a chair.

Based on the Nocturnus border, Brackenwood Outpost helps protect the region from bandits and enemy armies. This was my first MOC in a while, so I'm a bit out of practice, and I've also been away from GoH for a while and I have no idea whats going on in the story line, so I just did a random build. Young Alfred, heir to the Brackenwood lands, talking to the outpost commander. Thanks for looking, C&C welcome.
