i highly doubt the batman happy meal will have minifigs, but there's no harm in hoping for at least one brick built set. the last time they had real LEGO was in 1999:

today i was browsing the thrift store and came across a "the batman" tin box w/ a transparent window containing what looked like random/loose lego pieces. unfortunately the box was sealed so i could not shift through its actual contents but at $3 i went ahead and purchased the item. when i got home and rummaged through the tinbox i became excited as i discovered FIVE minifigs and realized the "loose" pieces were actually from 2 different sets. sorting through the lego i was able to build to completion: 7009 Castle: The Final Joust and 3830 Spongebob: The Bikini Bottom Express! two sets combined retail $28 for $3! woot!

Is it OK to mix dark skinned mini-figures with yellow mini-figures?
skelliesgang replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
just FYI, on the ethnicity "colour scale" yellow is equated to asians. therefore, all yellow minifigs are already asian by default. i suppose that is why the fleshies emerged to assuage the "white" population. -

my first contest post! let me know if the box art pic is too dark to make out. i amped up the contrast to make it appear more comic book-like. -
