I highly doubt that we will see anything at NYCC. However (unrelated to NYCC) we usually get pictures around then.

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars sets?
eric729 replied to Loco de Lego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Not sure. I refrained from buying it thinking that we might have the same problem. The only problem for me was TCW variant of Saesee Tiin. It looked horrible. -
My local LEGO store now has all of the sets!

The Vulture Droid fell apart and whenever you put the starfighter down, the missile would launch. -

I believe it was legoboy12345678/David Hall that mentioned it

If I remember correctly, in 2014 we are getting another Visual Dictionary. Just remembered that. Any thoughts on what the exclusive minifig might be?
-
Hold on, after scanning the set, I see NO FLICK FIRE MISSILES However, I have come to think that there may be some inside the trapdoor piece that is on the sides.

We usually get two each year. One before/ on May 4th and one in September/October. Also, I just noticed, TLG didn't update the Super Battle Droid. We still need the red dot for an eye.

More planets sets?
-
Remember back in 2011 we saw the Queen Amidala fig. This means TLG plans the sets at least a year before they are released. This was probably made before the cancellation of RotS in 3d

Be ready to open up that new page!

Hmm interesting. Last year the San Diego CC had the Darth Maul from the polybag. Maybe the NYCC will have the Clone Lieutenant as the exclusive! Fingers crossed!
-
Being that San Diego Comic Con is coming up, someone should make a 2014 page so this one doesn't get cluttered when we see the reveal.

Two things I noticed about the advent calendar: 1. Why does the clone have a CW helmet and a AotC torso? 2. It looks like the dropship will be able to pick up the AT-TE. Interesting.

One of the things I don't like about the Brickshow is the amount of time spent on the minifigures. I feel like I have to pause the video to get a good look! I prefer others *cough* leogboy productions...
-
The last two years we have gotten an iconic scene (Rancor Pit) and an iconic ship (Tie Fighter). My guess is that we will possibly get a final showdown set with Luke, Vader, and Palpatine.

I prefer the one from the polybag last year at the toy fair. I think it looks amazing.

Usually the LEGO stores have them a few days before the official release. I find this to be helpful because my birthday is on the 29th.

Any news on the Planet Series 4 sets? Are they going to come out in the US with the others on August 1st? Or are they going to delay them like with Series 3?

legoboy12345678 has reviews of all the summer wave sets. I find his reviews to be thorough.

The thing that popped out to me once i read this was it didn't say TRU.

Actually, in the scene in AotC on Kamino you see the Sergeant(green clone) I remember seeing it the last time I saw the movie.
-
Yes, but we do not know where LEGO will go from here.
-
Yes, some are on bricklink, but they are from Europe. I think I can say this for all of us, we do not want to pay for shipping that is as much as the actual purchase!
