Hey guys, My name is Owen. :) This looks like one heck of a community, and I can't wait to get in on all the action! I mainly build Castle and Pirates, but occasionally I stray into Sci-Fi. Aside from Lego, I enjoy playing guitar, trumpet, hanging out with friends, camping, tennis, and cross country. :) See you around the forums!

Quick question before I join. Can our characters be any kind of being? Like, if I want to be an orc, can I be one and say he lives in the deepest corners of the Mystic Isles?

Rock. Any kind. I listen to GnR, Aerosmith, The Who, Airbourne, ACDC, Buckethead, Joe Satriani, and Steve Vai mostly, but occasionally I listen to other stuff.

I play trumpet and guitar, both of which I would say I'm pretty good at. ;) For guitar, I like playing instrumental rock. :D

Does the model have to be simple enough for a real set, or can we do something really complex, like the Bird's Nest in China?

Well, at least my wallet will be a lot lighter this summer.

Would we be able to do ancient structures that have been lost to time or demolished?

Oh, I forgot about that. :P Thankfully I have another character made. :)

Quick question. Some of you might be aware of the Lands of Classic Castle project over on CC, so I was wondering if I could use my character from there in here. Is that okay?
