Hi everybody, today I present you a series of small animals, which some of you might have seen on my flickr photostream already. The idea for these little mocs was born just by chance and I think especially younger kids will love it. By using less bricks I kept the models simple, but tried to capture the real things as effectively as possible. Here we go: That's it for the moment... don't know, if it's to be continued! Feel free to leave a comment and thanx for your interest! So long, Jens

Alien Investigators Raffle Building Challenge

A carefully guarded secret: "Houston, we have a problem ... ...not a word to anyone ... ...over and out!" So long, Neil Jens -
Yes of course, that was me! No, I think that the the tan macarones in comparison actually got a bit cheaper. I paid round about 0,27 EUR per unit (on BL) and for this model I needed 32 pieces. However, I'd like to thank you everybody again for your kind comments and your smashing feedback - it means a lot to me!! Thx & so long, Jens

Hey everybody, today I'm comin' up with my latest creation, which is equally my second moc of a church. My 1st one was built in 2013 and it was designed as a mini modular. This one is much bigger, but it's also executed in microscale: You may find some similarities to any real examples of archtecture, but there is no original one for it - it's a freestyle model. The model consists of round about 3.500 pieces and overall it took me around 9 months to get it complete. In this case I could'nt resist, doing a little photo editing, to get an old-styled look ... ... and when it's getting dark, I turn on the interior light : That's it for now. So, feel free to leave any comment and tell me, what you think about it! Thx & so long, Jens

Thanks Eggolot! @rodiziorobs: Thanks for your suggestion! A german LEGO-mate suggested, to use the screwdriver tool, which is also a good idea in my eyes: http://www.bricklink...D=86&itemID=767 But I think, I'm gonna leave it well enough alone, especially it was posted on TBB a few days ago. So, I think the technic pins were the right choice! Thx & greets, Jens

Hey People! After a longer stage of inactivity on EB I present you my latest MOC. This microscale model is my execution of the world-famous statue of christ in Rio de Janeiro. It's also well-known as "Cristo Redentor". Though the model consists of only 122 parts, it took me a couple of weeks to get over it! But in the end I made it and here is the result: I'm very curious about your opinion. So feel free to leave your comments! Thx & so long, Jens

Hello Everybody! About 2,5 years ago I created my last (classical) LEGO Architecture model. Inspired by the inclusion of my MetLife Building model in Mike Doyle's Beautiful LEGO 2, I finally executed another architecture MOC. For sure the great reference of Spencer_R was an inspiration as well. Here is my execution of Chicago's Lake Point Tower: Find more pictures on my flickr photostream and feel free to leave your comments! Thx & so long, Jens

Eurobricks and Rebrickable were challenged by LEGO to make alternate models for current year city sets. The builds had to only use the pieces in available in the official LEGO model, be made in LDD, digitized, tested in real brick and be a model a 7-10 year old could build!! I received set 60004 "Fire Station" This is a big set with more than 700 pieces. With it's great quantity of red parts I decided to build some alternate "fire stuff". Here is what I have executed the last two weeks: Alternate Fire Truck Alternate Fire Station Alternate Ensemble Rendering of the Ensemble Thx for watching & so long, Jens

My 2nd entry is a sort of experienced, aged guy and I call him "Winston Turtle": Check out my flickr photostream to find another picture of this creation as well.
