  1. Selling off my old LEGO collection. I was a serious adult collector and I have taken great care of these sets. They were stored in a closet in a non-smoking home. Here's a link to the Craigslist ad, with pictures: Craigslist listing with pictures! Here are the sets I have available - LEGO 6198 Aquazone Stingray Stormer - incl instructions and box LEGO 6975 Alien Avenger - incl instructions LEGO 6915 Warp Wing Fighter - incl instructions LEGO 8097 Star Wars Slave 1 - incl instructions LEGO 5974 Space Police Galactic Enforcer - incl instructions and box LEGO 75094 Star Wars Imperial Shuttle Tydirium - incl instructions and box I have some others as well, but I haven't disassembled them yet. Make me an offer. I'm comparing their value to their Ebay going price, but if you come take them off my hands, I'll go under a bit - saves me the trouble of shipping. Shoot me a message if you have any questions.

    Nexo Knights 2016

Man, I didn't think I would, but I weirdly love this theme. The sweet minifig designs, cool aesthetic and color scheme are just so charming.

    Nexo Knights - Poll

I wasn't much into these whimsically stupid action themes at first but this one I like for some reason. Maybe it's just sci-fi enough for me.

LEGO Star Wars 2015 Pictures and Rumors

Coming out of hiberation to comment on these sets! On a completely unrelated note, the marked lack of interesting "new" designs makes me think The Force Awakens is going to be rather light on new vehicles. Seems like VERY subtle changes from OT designs and a handful of meh-tacular new ones. Oh well, I'm still excited. TIE/X-Wing - as familiar as these are, I actually love these new builds. They're so compact and aesthetic. Probably won't be buying them due to cost, but I still like them. Falcon - meh Transporter - Flametroopers are dope, but I don't find this terribly interesting. Maybe if I was more of a minifig collector? Snowspeeder - if I didn't KNOW this was Star Wars, I wouldn't think it was. Meh/10 Command Shuttle - It's growing on me but I'm still on the fence. The design is kind of wonkey (no fault on LEGO there - it's kind of a bizarre look to begin with) and the bley doesn't do it any favors. But at least it has a distinct shape, unlike the other TFA designs. That Kylo Ren figure is a freaking travesty though. I love Kylo's movie costume but this looks nothing like him. 6/10 Speeder - Pretty cool actually, even if the movie design isn't terribly interesting. I like the Rey figure. Might actually get this. All in all, not bad. It's making me excited to see the movie! yeah weird it's almost like Eurobricks is made of more than one person smh EDIT: MORE PICTURES FOLKS!! **** real talk I freaking love that x-wing. why is it orange? I don't even care

    Bionicle 2015 Discussion

As someone who loved Slizers, when Bionicle 2001 came out it was pretty revolutionary for LEGO Technic action figures at the time. Aesthetically, probably the most advanced thing they had come up with at that point. Pretty unfair to say that Bionicle was "Slizer leftovers"... especially considering the huge number of new elements (for the time) that Bionicle introduced...

Awesome, this is bringing back memories. They all look pretty good imo. Although, does anybody else feel like the character biographies on the LEGO website were written by a ten year old? Tons of typos and generally very poorly written. Odd.

    Lego Ultra Agents 2015

These sets looks awesome to me. That chopper especially. I love how it feels like Tron + spies.

    LEGO Ultra Agents 2014

Wow these look great. The official pictures really do them justice. I'm pretty much in love with all of them, aside from the Helicopter set, which is decent but a bit lackluster for the comparison. The big truck isn't of much interest to me either... I had the original Agents version, and wound up selling it because I'm just not really into it. But holy damn, that Cyclone-walker thing looks incredible, and pretty much ALL of the smaller sets are must buys. Those exclusive figs... wow.

    LEGO Ultra Agents 2014

This theme is probably the most exciting to me this year. It's zanny but it really appeals to my inner little kid. Some specific thoughts... Tank with hands - I love this set, it's so weird but it's so charming, and that bad guy figure sells the whole thing. Closest we'll probably ever get to a true LEGO tank, as well. Tron car - At first I didn't dig this as much as I wanted to but it's growing on me, I love the color scheme and the Inferno figure alone almost makes it worth it... still $29.99 is a bit much. Helicopter attacking the lab - LOVE the design of the chopper, really unique. As always the figures are great. I even love the scientist guy. This set is pretty high up on my list. Hurricane walker/plane thing - Holy hell this thing is sweet, I absolutely love the transforming function and most of all the hull design. Just awesome, can't resist. Giant truck - Actually this is my least favorite of the bunch. The semi truck thing never appealed to me really. I bought the old Agents truck and wound up selling it. With all the other great sets coming out for Star Wars this year I'll probably have to give this a pass. All in all though, this theme is likely to be my stand-in Sci-Fi theme.

Yup... won't be paying rent this summer

    LEGO Ultra Agents 2014

Wow... I'm loving the designs, but does anybody feel that this theme seems a bit uncharacteristically military? These are some mean looking vehicles. The color schemes feel military, too. I'm not complaining, necessarily... I have yet to see a design I don't like. And those figs are delightful. But man, this is an odd thing for LEGO to come out with in the wake of the LEGO movie. EDIT: the villians remind me of Mega Man bosses.

LEGO Star Wars 10236 Ewok Village

This is one of those sets I'm gonna have to admire from afar. It's STUNNING, no doubt, but since I'm not really too into Ewoks and I don't have $249.99 to blow I'll probably never get it. Oh well...

LEGO Star Wars 2013 Pictures and Rumors

Loving the set, but as with most Star Wars sets, it's so pricy We'll see!
