LOTR Project: The Fellowship of the Ring
Poison Ivy replied to Nuju Metru's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
That looks great! Now one can only hope that TLG makes a Bag End set that is as good as this.... -
Wow, this is the best LEGO firetruck I've seen yet!
-
XT4's might be, since it has no hands to speak of, but Nex's is most definitely a lightsaber or something similar, since he is holding it like a sword, in his hand.
-
Did anyone else notice that XT4 and Nex have lightsabers? Bad SW reference in HF is bad.

OOC: Time for Alisha's counterpart to Dak's vision! Yes, me and Eric did plan this out beforehand. IC: Alisha was leaning against the wall, as always, and watching the other Heroes left in the Hall interact with each other. Suddenly, a ghostly boy appeared in front of her, floating in midair. He dropped to the ground, and began looking around at all the other Heroes. His eyes then focused on her, and he began walking toward her. All of a sudden, fear appeared in his eyes and he turned, looking at something she could not see. Then, he disappeared, and was replaced by someone who looked very much like him, standing next to a woman Alisha recognized as herself, both fighting invisible enemies back-to-back. This older version of the ghostly boy had a scar running from his eye to his neck, and seemed to be taking pleasure in the fight. Then, the vision disappeared, and Alisha vaguely felt herself falling before her vision went black. She woke to someone shaking her shoulder. She stood up and put her sword at the ready, but no one was there. Shaking herself fully awake, Alisha decides to go to bed, just in case that Mead she had had earlier had gotten to her senses in some way.

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
Poison Ivy replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Ahsoka Aayla Secura Gungans Shaak Ti Almost every Astromech Droid Princess Leia Boba Fett So yeah, not many. I'm not sure about Sand Green being replaced by Olive Green though, since the Sand variant is used in the 2011 Hogwarts Castle. -

I want to see the Mummy's cart, but that Ghost Train is looking nice. -
The Curse of IMHOTEP - Conclusion
Poison Ivy replied to Pandora's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Lots, from what I have seen in previous Mafia. It gains trust for the Scum and gets them into the Town's inner circle in some cases. An example of this would be Cirque Du Freak, where the Scum (Mainly Fred Fred Burger) led the vote against a member of their own team, Darth Nihilus. It didn't do them any good in the end, since Darth tried to reverse psychology a leading memeber of the town by saying he was suspicious of the members of the Scum, not knowing that the person was the Town Vigilante, thus ending the game for the Scum. -
I thought yours was #22? I can't remember. Hunt for the Draugr was the one I meant, I know Alisha won't make it into a Lvl 10+ Hero Quest. But I signed up anyway, just in case you're short a few Heroes.

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
Poison Ivy replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hopefully she is as, that's a bit closer to the actual color of the character than Lime. Sand Green would be best, but I think that that would take away from TLG's usually bright colorscheme for minifigs. -
Wow, Eric is really pulling it together with Dak and getting some good role-play in the process. I planned a lot of it, but the memory loss was all his idea, so I won't take credit. We already established how Dak and Alisha will meet (If Quests allow, of course), so that's pretty settled. Can't wait for Quest #23 to start!

That connection point is the point where the head would attach on a HF Hero, so no back armor there makes sense. The back armor would probably be connected via the connector near the 'stomach' of the Hero skeleton piece, so back armor is still a possibility for Hulk at this point. My main concern now is whether the back armor will be green or gunmetal. I'm hoping for the former, because the latter would make me a sad plant-girl.

Pretty! I wish I could build something like this, but I prefer building in System scale rather than UCS, so if I wanted to make an accurate ARC-170, I would have to make it with plates instead of SNOT.

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors

I can't really give final judgement on this set until I see more of Oola, but from what I can see she's lime green, which might be less accurate than Sand Green but looks pretty good. The rest of the palace is pretty meh, it looks more like something from Theed than anything else, what with the domed roof and all. Then again, it might be accurate, I never really paid attention to the OT -
Whoah. Core Hunter is amazing, moreso because of his similarities to the Inika. The others are meh, except for Stormer XL.

Hey hey hey, look what showed up on Wookieepedia: Dave Filoni's artwork of Bo-Katan with her helmet off! Seems like it's confimed that she has red hair.

Wow. Flipz has already helped a lot of people choose their Advanced Class. Can you help me with mine, Flipz? I was mainly thinking a Raider or Berserker, since those would suit Alisha best, but I'm still not sure. Berserker has a lot of health and a shield, but Raider gives gold on a Shield roll so I'm kind of torn between them.....
-
Yeah, I was originally thinking of going Berserker, but Flipz has me pretty convinced that Raider would work well for Alisha as well, and has the added bonus of filling her coffers with gold!

The Curse of IMHOTEP - Confirmation & Discussion

You missed Mehmet and his bwankie in the background..... Maybe it does protect him! -
Probably a roll of the die, if I had to guess. Something like if you roll anything but a certain number, let's say 1, then you wouldn't get the IK. If I'm wrong, sorry, but I didn't really pay attention to any of the Advanced Classes that couldn't be made with a Barbarian when I looked over the Training Room. But, if I'm right, I'll ask for you; Does the Loaded Die affect the Instant Kill roll, or just the regular roll?
-
In an interview (I can't remember with who; Dave Filoni maybe?), the interviewee stated that TCW "is planned until at least Season 7". Does that answer your question?
-
Alisha sees the new Quest and signs her name under that one as well.

Green Ninja comes in the Epic Dragon Battle and a spinner. Prices? I'm guessing $70-80 for USR, $120-140 for EDB, $40-50 for the Samurai Mech, and $20-30 for the Lasha Bite Cycle.
