Good job on the airspeeder. I always felt it was a little bigger though.

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
Sir_Basil_Ashton replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
At the $14.99 price point and 178 pieces, The Battle on Saleucami is a real bargain. I know droids aren't the priciest minifigs but they're great for building an army to battle your clones. -

The pricing on the Winter wave sets are really reasonable. I don't believe any of the sets are going to break your wallet. I do feel the Microfighters sets should be in the $6.99-$7.99 range. -
I noticed this last night before I went to sleep. Awesome news indeed.

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors

I'm loving all this talk about the new Stormtrooper helmet. It looked different from the very first time I saw it on the boxes. In that comparison photo it looks for the most part like the same mold. The things that makes me think otherwise is the shading under the eyes. It's probably just the picture though. -

I know LEGO doesnt use the UCS designation anymore but the only way to do a Sandcrawler properly is as at the UCS level. The thought of a new Sandcrawler has me dreaming of updated Jawas to add to my collection. -
I'm enjoying the current BPs since this will most likely be the last real opportunity to Army Build clones. We may get a clone or two here and there but less likely with the future holding Rebels and the ST.

If you plan on getting both, I would go with the Super Star Destroyer since it's been available longer and will most likely retire first. -

That Inquisitor figure that Hasbro is releasing has the same amount of articulation as a LEGO minifigure. I gave up on uniform troopers a long time ago. Minifigs are starting to be rehashed as often as the sets. Someone can go crazy trying to build a uniform army. -

I totally agree, I don't believe Rebels is expected to run for that many seasons. One ST begins the focus will shift completely to support those movies. -

The difference you see in the pictures you posted is what I'm noticing with the helmets in the upcomings sets. If you look at the Cantina picture next to the Bith, you will notice what I believe is "TM" then "x3". The ISD just has what I believe is "TM". Who really knows though, this is all preliminary still. -

If you look closely at the Cantina Box and then the ISD box, it doesn't look like there are multiples of any of the figures in the ISD set. What a disappointment. Looks like I'll stick to 6211 and bricklink the new minifigs. -
Bravo, bravo. This turned out really outstanding. I really like all the different Gladiators you were able to create. There's the perfect amount going on. Action in the arena, spectators and Gladiators waiting for their turn.

Is it me or do the Stormtrooper helmets in these upcoming sets look different? My eyes might just be playing tricks on me. From what I've read, the UCS Slave I is strictly a rumor. There's a lot of talk about one but no source. -

Do people actually army build from the Advent Calendar? There's never more than 2 figures I want from that set and for the price, definitely not worth it. The Ghost looks interesting but after comparing the LEGO version with the actual pictures, something looks off. I think it's the 2 canopies that are throwing it off. -
This is looking really great. Can't wait to see more pics and the final product.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe it's a 501st clone since it has the blue arms. I normally get one SW Advent Calendars a year. Looks like the streak will continue. -

Zoomed in and counted the studs, the wings are the same length. I think the horrible picture and angle make them look disproportionate. -

I really like the way this set looks. Particularly the design and the really aggressive look to it. I always get excited seeing completely new ships as it's a nice break from the same SW ships that are updated every 3-5 years. -
LEGO LotR - general discussion
Sir_Basil_Ashton replied to General Magma's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Are you kidding me? Before you make comments like this ^ you need to take a long look at yourself in the mirror and re-read the posts you've made. Attacking others here isn't adding to the conversation. I really hope all the speculation on future LotR waves turns out to be true. I hope we didn't wait all these years to get a LEGO LotR line only to have it cut short prematurely.
