    Since it is looking like the 2012 line won't include the ninjas with their hairpieces (as in the cartoon), I've started to figure out which ones I can get from other minifigs. I've got them all except Kai - apparently his hair does not exist yet. Does anyone have a good substitute they could recommend?

    Also, since the update to the Characters page on the Ninjago website, I couldn't help but notice how many minifigures there are this year. 2011 had 20 different minifigures, not counting skeleton warriors who lacked armor or who had no or alternate headgear. 2012 has at least 33 new minifigures, not counting ZX ninja who lack shoulder armor. :wacko:

    I'm all for more unique minifigs in the sets. With the 2011 sets, I ended up with 4 of original Jay. :hmpf_bad:

    Keeping all the names straight for the 17 characters in the snake tribes will be fun though. *huh*

    XmasToys (the guy who was uploaded 3 of the Ninjago episodes on Youtube) is apparently releasing the rest of the episodes slowly one by one to generate "buzz" :wacko:

    XmasToys is being coy about things (like the Green Ninja) because he doesn't know. In Canada a few weeks ago, they ran the first 5 episodes of the new season, but only on an SD channel (hence his 4x3 dubs). The dude is breaking each episode into halves, so potentially he can milk this for 10 "episodes".
