    10278 Police Station

it's great to finally have a police station for Afols, after so many decades love it! gotta have it! i do think it's a shame though, not to have a tiled floor on the first floor

THE PIRATE BAY IS GOING TO BE AN OFFICIAL LEGO SET!!!!

It looks like a great set, even though this is quit different from the initial ideas MOC. That's why I'm a bit disappointed. On the other hand, the entire concept is brilliant! , unfortunately also quit expensive. I'll buy it, out of nostalgia, no doubt
  3. hmmm... it won't be over, but I guess the climax will be over by then. In any case, i'm not going to book my flight untill later on.
  4. ah yes, towels and stuff, i need too... right? ... yeah... kinda need those too...

[PRESS RELEASE] 21318 LEGO® Ideas Tree House

I think this is a great set however, the tree itself, needs some extra branches and leaves, IMO.

    Pirate Figures and Set Names

i was browsing thru my 1990 catalog when my eye caught this pirate fortress called Eldorado... However, the text underneath the set didn't mention Eldorado at all... Instead, it said "Koningsburg", translated in English that's "King's keep"; for the french speaking public in Belgium it's "Mont Royal", which is the French translation for the Dutch title... It's weird tho, because "Eldorado" is a well known name in these parts of the country... the Barracuda pirate ship doesn't exist in Belgium either. It's "Norse Haai", or, "Bad-tempered Shark" ... So i was just wondering what the official titles of these sets are in the rest of the world...
  9. Sorry to say that I can't make it. I was checking out prices for transport and they're a bit too high for me, for the moment. But I guess I'll see youu all next year inBillund

    10264 Corner Garage

hmmmm... not so fond of this set, really... quite disappointed, even. it just doesn't look as great as previous modular buildings
  13. looooove the classic space dudes aaaaand a new color too gotta get me a couple of these
  14. yes, that brings up a lot of memories. Lego-wise, 1979 - 1983 was more or less my "golden era". I also still have several comic books with Lego commercials like the ones you're showing here. I guess Lego was pulling out every penny it had to turn the Minifig-lego sets into a smashing success.

Review 60198 Cargo Train (picture heavy!)

great review! i have no doubt that this is an interesting set with lots of playability and building fun. the design is great too. unfortunately, this is what you get with every cargo train: a locomotive, and a couple of different coaches. what I would like to see is a cargo train with three or four coaches of the same type, and not these open flatbeds but coaches to transport coal or something...

10261 LEGO Creator Expert Roller Coaster

this is brilliant i want one I do think an extra building would have made it even better though. now it seems a bit too easy, imo, lots of pilars and very small buildings. building this set doesn't look all that exciting or challenging, IMO

    [REVIEW] 42077: Rally Car

thanks for a great review I wasn't so much into this set at first, but when I saw a "speed build" on youtube, I got really excited about it. I especially like the alternative version, the buggy. I also feel that this set looks more realistic than other lego technic sets. Hope we get more like this in the future ... ah yes... and I like these black liftarms. I'll have a gazillion of those, please

    The Streets of Daydelon

this is really great now please the rest of the village
  21. I like the concept, it's a great display set that might attract people who are not aware of all the designs/sets that Lego is creating these days The bottle is way better than the original, so that's a good thing. I like the transparant parts a lot. I hope I'll see those in good quantities, condition and price on bricklink, this year and the next. The price is not so good and the reason why I'm not getting the set
