True, but it depends what you count as an accessory - if LEGO think the same as us, an electro-backpack wouldn't count as an accessory whilst a Batarang would because the backpack's built into the minifigure. Either way we won't know for sure until September, but I'm just saying it's possible.
-
For all we know the physical Electro Batman minifigure could include his backpack too - we don't know how far the packaging goes back!

Ignoring the negative comments, CUUSOO staff member Tim Courtney posted a comment on the Brickset news article. So there'll still be plenty to go around.
-
Really? I think exactly the opposite... the voice acting's removed the silly and childish slapstick miming humour and brought good dialogue and really witty lines into LB2. I wonder if the scripting is different on console versions...

This. -
I don't think this's been posted so I'll post it now: Deathstroke is available to play as in the 3DS version of the game. Here's a screenshot.

Sounds plausible, there's still space for an end of year release (like the Black Pearl from POTC). -

Great work! This is much better than the current Portal project on CUUSOO, which LEGO allowed instead of yours for some reason. I especially love the design of GlaDOS.

LEGO Superheroes 2012 Rumours & Discussion
King of Nynrah replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Licensed
The whole video is rather unprofessional but I guess it's a reliable source... Well, I guess this confirms what I already thought then. Hopefully we'll see sets for Thor 2 by the end of next year too. -
Unlike virtually other LEGO game, the jokes in this were actually quite witty and made me laugh. I definitely think that voice acting beats "slapstick humour miming" any day.
-
I was also thinking a wheelchair would be useful (especially for custom minifigures of Professor X from X-Men).
-
Nice review, purpleparadox. I'm still waiting for mine to come with the game... I was lucky enough to find a branch of Gamestop which was doing the promotion in the UK too!

What do you do with your sets/MOC once you've built them?
King of Nynrah replied to hellopike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I keep every official set intact... unless it insists on falling to pieces more times than it should, in which case I'll sell it or simply scrap it for parts (looking at you, Aqua Raiders). The average MOC stays together for a week or two before being merged with another or assembled into something different. -
LEGO Collectable Minifgures Series 8 Rumours & Discussion
King of Nynrah replied to Piranha's topic in Special LEGO Themes
The only name that really sticks out to me here is the Evil Female Alien. I recall that we haven't had any non-licensed alien females since Gypsy Moth from Insectoids, so this will be interesting if correct. -
LEGO Superheroes 2012 Rumours & Discussion
King of Nynrah replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Licensed
I highly doubt that LEGO will release an exclusive Comic-Con set - they've never done that before, only minifigure packs and other merchandise. The Super Heroes minifigures released at last year's Comic-Con were labelled as "Preview Edition", and as such Superman was released a few months after in 6862. The Batman released was described as wearing his "The Dark Knight Rises" suit, and we know that the minifigures were previews for those going to be released worldwide in sets at some point. An extract from a news article that emerged around the same time as LEGO revealed their obtaining of the DC and Marvel licenses: "WB and Lego already had been producing toys and videogames around the Batman franchise, and will launch a new set of playthings around next summer's "The Dark Knight Rises" through the Lego Batman collection. "Lego Batman: The Videogame," published by WB Bros. Interactive Entertainment, has sold more than 12 million units since 2008." (Source) It is unlikely that the third preview minifigure, movie Green Lantern, will be released (at the moment Warner Bros are undecided about a sequel and considering a reboot), I can't see this minifigure being released in a widely released set. Still, all this evidence points towards LEGO planning to release at least one TDKR set sometime (the news article says "summer"). So, why would they release a Comic-Con exclusive TDKR set containing a Comic-Con worldwide preview minifigure? It doesn't make sense to me. -
When was it confirmed that Clutch Powers will have a TV series? I thought that was dead and buried.

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?
King of Nynrah replied to Darthking623's topic in LEGO Star Wars
All Jedi released thus far have been re-released post-2003 if they were first made before... except good old Bob. I'd love to see a flesh cameo of Bob in a future set, probably in a Jedi Temple or a Clone Wars battle. -
