It's so nice to see people of all different colors coming together to achieve a single a goal.

It looks to be the same printing on the arch and the two prison cells as the Juniors Police Station.

That is one of the most gorgeous Lego ships I have ever seen. -
Black Knights for sure. Then I'd have to go skeletons, Green Dragons and the newest Red Dragons.

Where might I be able to find pictures of the new junior castle set?

What is the best set to buy to army build orcs?
SerenityInFire replied to Alfadas's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Uruk Hai Army is hands down the best for army building LotR Uruks. For Gundabad Orcs I'd say Dol Guldor Ambush, which is on sale at Amazon.com for $17.00 US Dollars. Attack of the Wargs if you want Hunter Orcs, Doggies and lots of brown pieces. For Mordor Orcs, there really aren't any great sets. There really aren't any great sets for army building the old sand green castle orcs/trolls either. They're called trolls, but we all know they're orcs. -
Castle Cavalry from The Lego Movie. I only did the alternate build and man, was it a fun build!

LEGO LotR - general discussion
SerenityInFire replied to General Magma's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
There must be a set with the Witchking! It will sell like hot cakes just because he has such a cool helmet. Don't believe me? Why do you think every kid's favorite Star Wars character is Boba Fett? It shouldn't be a big bank busting D2C set though. That would totally diminish the awesomeness of Witchking's helmet in my book. Lego should also do a line of collectable LotR minifigs. -

Totally agree with the above post even though I like the current castle line. I really wish Kingdoms lasted longer than two years. -
Unbelievable. I like how you've incorporated such an insane level of detail without making the build look cluttered and ugly. I can't wait to see the whole thing!

Don't feel too bad. We don't get the polybags in parts of the US either. :/

Review Triple Review: Series 4 Friends Animals
SerenityInFire replied to Pandora's topic in LEGO Town
Being focused solely on the medieval, I would be one to get Tiger's Beautiful Temple just for the nice selection of pieces. The bows themselves would be used as plumes for the geek knights of the group. -
I've ordered a number of times from Bricklink and have only ever had good experiences. It's a wonderful site.

I must say that I completely agree with you there. The red looks MUCH better. Also, the Red Dragons' catapult to me just demands to be retrofitted into a battering ram.

You could always just build trampolines behind the buildings too.- 109 replies

Outpost Attack + Escape from Dragon's Prison = The Gatehouse Raid Dragon Mountain is more comparable to Skeleton Tower from the fantasy era but does carry over elements from Prison Tower Rescue.

I think the new lion insignia is better than the old Royal Knights one. -

I personally would love to see a return to the Black Knights/Dragon Masters heraldry. My biggest request: MORE CAVALRY! MORE BARDING! Maybe an army builder set for each side that has a swordsman, a spearman, an archer, a foot knight and a mounted knight with barding. Oh, and more siege weapons too. I love siege weapons. -
This is absolutely brilliant!

I didn't like the flesh tones at first, but I've grown to like them. I just make sure to use them for more specific "heroes" among my collection if you'd like to think real time strategy. I much prefer the different colored orcs or the LotR/Hobbit lines than the sand green orcs of the fantasy era though. -

Am I the only one here who actually likes the current castle line? It's no replacement for Kingdoms or Fantasy Era though.
