lego envy

I don't feel the Death Star molds need printing; the contours are enough to make a quite striking resemblance. also, i feel that these sets are not made for the outer shell and that everyone is wanting the candy surprise inside..

First off welcome.. This is not bad for your own MOC. I see a few things that could use some work ( changes ) IMO. Did you go by the intructions from the UCS or build on your own?

Perfect review. I might ebay the ship as well.Knowing me i will most likely just buy the darn thing. I love it ,but i wish it was a bit larger IMO.9x6 is kinda small for the money they want.

I decided to make a compilation of old and new. In 1978 kenner came out with a white tie fighter and 2012 the newer version of the tie came out 9492. I wanted to combine the two some how and this is what i came up with. What i did was kind of copy the new cockpit with all white [missed a few pieces] so i used what i could. I wanted the old toy look to it also..I hope you enjoy it. Used for reference. Thanks for looking.

I really like it. I like what you did with the LED eyes. It doesn't look that big until you put it by yoda. No complaints here you did a fantastic job,Dapper. :thumbup: I believe the smoke is intended as a FUNNY.
