Thank you. I like to have a backstory for my OCs & I share it to see what other people think of it. It also helps if someone spots something I didn't and tells me so I can correct or change it to make the backstory better. Yeah, I find that kind of annoying too. I don't like the way they do that in TCW. That is kind of why Gokai is rushing off to get in the middle of combat, because I like it better when the different branches control their own people. I was in the U.S. Army, so I understand why everything has to be seperate. Granted all the branches do work together, but its all under their own chain of command. Gokai does lead his own squadron personally, but he does usally follows orders that are relayed to him by Sebeka, who has a view of the entire battle. But Gokai and Grenade control the ground battle aspect. They will listen to Sebeka if they need to retreat because the Seppies get reinforcements, but other than that Sebeka leaves them to the ground aspect and Gokai leave the space aspect to Sebeka and Kable, unless they need his help.

Sorry to be off topic, but has anyone seen the new episode of TCW? I wish Krell could meet my Alpha-class ARC Trooper Appo. Krell likes pushing the clones around, so I think he hasn't met an ARC Trooper that was trained by Fett. Does anyone like Krell? I like that he uses two double bladed lightsabers, but that is the only thing I like about him at all. Back on topic. Here is my Navy Admiral Jeroboam Sebeka. He serves with Gokai Dragunaz. He likes Gokai, but he hates that Gokai and Grenade are always rushing off to get in the middle of combat and often has to rescue them. This is CC-0501 Kable. He is a captain that works closely with Sebeka. Since Grenade started life as a private, he feels that he does not have the experience to lead space combat. So he lets Kable run the space aspect of war in his place. Kable wears the chest plate if he ever has to go ground side to rescue Gokai and Grenade.

It's the size of the template your using. It looks very good for your 1st try. I'm sure if you asked someone they would let you use their template

I have two updated pilots now. This is CC-1040 Sicko. He is Gokai's wingman of BloodRed Squadron. This is CC-5545 Blood. Sicko and Blood were the only surviving pilots from the massacre that claimed most of the 315th. Blood and Sicko are both Captains that is why I labeled them CC. I figure that pilots are kind of like the real world pilots, were they have to be officers to fly since it hasn't been clarified as far as I know. If anyone has found differently let me know & let me know where you found it. Sorry ADHO, I forgot to credit you for your chest piece. Thanks again for leting me use it

Thank you. I hope I'm able to show some more of my clones soon. I'm currently working on some updates before I release anymore. Here is my updated Grenade, credit to ADHO for his Jaig Eye design. The 1st is of him as a Private during Geonosis. The 2nd is him as a Private/Corporal, next is Sergeant, then Lieutenant, Captain and finally Commander. I just wanted to clarify for anyone that wasn't sure. The last is of Grenade wearing his Officer Uniform, but he still prefers to wear some of his armor just in case. I've also come up with a back story as to why Grenade chose to design his helmet like Rex. When almost all of his unit was wiped out, they were saved by a joint task force of Anakin Skywalker with the 501st and Plo Koon with the 104th. I'm still working on a timeline so I don't know when it will fit in yet. Grenade's Boss CC-0012 Key And Gokai's Master Vex Bykail General Bykail and Commander Key lead the 61st Trident Corps. That's why Key's armor is green while Grenade's is blue.

Great job Jammiedodger. I like how they all turned out Thanks Mr Man, but your looks like the phase 2 pilot chest piece, which looks really good. I think I might use it for my phase 2 pilot when I get started on designing my phase 2 pilot. I like the phase 1 pilot armor more than the phase 2 pilot they use in ROTS. I'm trying to design Hawk's phase 2 helmet that you see in Darkness of Umbara. It still needs tweaking, but I'll show my design here when I get finished. I've created a brickshelf folder of my own now, how do I post my pics here using brickshelf? ADHO, do you still have your Commando helmet design? I haven't been able to make a decent Commando helmet to go with my Commando armor. I have a hard time with getting it to look like a commando helmet rather than a regular phase 1 helmet.

ADHO, I was wondering if you would be willing to let me use your phase 1 pilot template. I can't get the life support piece right. I like your 501st Troopers, they are turning out great along with your other clones.

Mr Man, I would like to ask if you would let me use your Jaig Eye design for my Commander. Your design looks better than mine, thats why I'm asking. I've also designed my own Jedi Gokai Dragunaz. Grenade and Gokai have served together since the First Battle of Geonosis. Grenade and Appo have trained Gokai about how to fight a war and keep the respect of his troopers. Gokai is a Jedi that believes in leading by example from the frontlines. Let me know what you think of his design. The last three are him after Order 66 was issued. First he went into hiding as a bounty hunter & then he turned back into being the Jedi he was, but he is killed by Darth Vader just a few short years before Luke blows up the Death Star.

Thank you. Appo replaced the armor plate on his left arm with the plates of his ARC Trooper brother that fell in battle. I used the idea that Karen Traviss wrote about how some clones recovered pieces of armor to remember their fallen brothers. My unit uses two shades of blue and a blood red color for their markings Its kind of like what Commander Wolffe did by changing his colors to remember when he lost almost all of his unit, only i used the red color to show it. All of his troopers have a red right forearm plate. Grenade's left arm his red to remember the losses he suffered on Geonosis Here is my template for my unit to show you.

They are not part of the 501st. Blue is my favorite color, thats why I used blue. I tried to make sure that it was a different shade of blue than the 501st uses.

I tried to make it so you could see some differences from phase 1 and 2 without having to see the helmet to know which phase you are looking at. let me know if you like the way it looks

Thank you. I wanted to show how he chaged his armor after leaving Kamino. Yes it is him progressing from private to Commander He was awarded his Jaig Eyes after he lost all but five of his unit. I have also made an ARC Trooper of my own that works with Grenade. He is one of the original Alpha-class ARC Troopers that was trained by Jango Fett. He is A-33 Appo. I named him after Commander Appo of the 501st.

I've been working on some of my own unit Clone Troopers. Here is my Clone Commander CC-0666 Grenade. I was originally going to have him keep his phase 1 helmet till the end of the war, but I kind of like Rex's welded helmet so that he could enjoy the upgraded environment protection. He uses a prototype ARC Trooper helmet instead of the regular phase 2 helmet

The helmet was already in production for the BARC Speeder Troopers. Fordo and Wolffe probably used the helmet because they liked its look better than the regular phase 2 helmet, after all the clones are individuals. The Clone Assassins also wear the BARC helmet. Rex welded his phase 1 and 2 helmets together because he wanted the upgrades of the phase 2 helmet, but he liked the look of his phase 1 helmet t-visor. If you were to look at some phase 2 clone troopers, you would notice that there are several different helmet variations, like the beehive helmet the Parjai Squad wears. There is also the Engineer helmet which Commander Faie wears.

It is ARC Trooper Fordo from the mini series Clone Wars that has the Jaig Eyes. Fordo and Wolffe wore the helmet to look like individuals. The people who designed the characters used the helmet design so you would be able to tell who the clone is under the helmet without having to guess who it is. Just like Cody and Fox have the visor on their helmets. But i understand why you would think that the helmet is slowly evolving

They all look good, but there isn't a phase 2.5. Those are phase 2 helmets that were normally used by BARC Speeder Troopers, like the 91st

Your design of Appo is correct. Appo gerneraly only wears a pauldron, like the way you have designed him. Vill is the 501st Commander with the tan kama with the blue stripes on his thigh plates and Bow wears a black kama with marcobinoculars on his helmet. Both Vill and Bow also wear pauldrons Sometimes they very a bit depending on who is drawing them. Keep up the good work
