Just picked up Shelob Attacks from TRU! All I need now is Aragorn, Gandalf and Merry to complete the Fellowship. On an unrelated note, has anyone noticed that Gandalf's hat seems to be blue in the video game teaser on the box back? In the books he wears a blue hat. What do you think this could mean?

Alright. I'm really hoping for some wood elves! Then again, I'll have to see how they're depicted in the film. If they're anything like Legolas and the army of Lorien, this is definitely my go-to idea for a set. (Thranduil's hall, anyone?) I have almost no doubt that something about Mirkwood will be depicted in Lego form.

Is this forum open to Hobbit speculation and wishes or is it reserved to LOTR?

Not to be a pessimist, but I'm betting they're referring to Galadriel and the new elf character, Tauriel. (From the Hobbit)

I can see Elrond as a possibility, but seeing as Gil-Galad was in the film for about a second and was never named or focused on, I sincerely doubt the possibility of him as a promo fig.

The one thing getting on my nerves in TMOM set is that Legolas is unable to shoot his now properly. The hair prevents him from turning his head, so he cannot shoot his bow across his body. He has to shoot it like a gun from one side.

I just finished the building of Moria and Uruk-Hai Army, and I have to say these figures are incredible. Definitely the best I've seen from TLG. The sets are amazing as well, Moria especially. It's much sturdier and better looking than I first thought. The hobbits are perfect.

I just picked up Uruk-Hai Army from TRU. I haven't opened it yet, but I'm pretty excited just from looking at the box.

If you watch the film, the Rohirrim wield swords with minimal crossguards and shorter blades, quite akin to a gladius.

Lucky! I stopped by both TRU AND my local LEGO Store, but had no luck in either! The TRU worker said to call tommorow, though, so I've got a chance.

Okay, I'm feeling seriously conflicted now! I was planning to save this set for much later, but I don't know now... I'll probably just wait until it goes on sale.

I just finished converting my (yellowist) castle army into fleshes in preparation for these sets. I'm ready!

Has anybody gotten the Weathertop set yet? I'm dying to know whether Merry has a double face.

Well, that's some pretty good backing! I think I'll definitely be picking up one, if not more, Uruk-Hai army sets when I get the chance.
