Probably similar style as the others, although being the leader, somewhat more bulky. My guess is, both shoulders would have those rounded plates, a REALLY big gun, and otherwise just a general Stormer color scheme + original helmet. You could probably make something using parts form the Black Phantom, Stormer 1-3.0, etc.

Regarding the hand... Personally, I don't mind the concept of a blown off arm, I even made a MOC of Evo a while back based on that concept. What does bug me is that the yellow color seems to be Keetorange again, kinda bums me out since it means it won't be as compatible with the current Evo color.

Regarding the Hero Core power source and infinitely rechargeable weapons. Wouldn't it be that the Hero Cores are designed to just provide power to the weapons themselves? Thus explaining why the Hero can just keep fighting as long as they have a powered core. As for the 3.0/4.0 being upgrades, that just might be a niche, the system story wise still seems to be pretty much 2.0, the only difference being that the 3.0 and ''4.0'' sets are more specialized, the basic construction system for the Hero bodies is the same.

I've been thinking about how the villains are always brand new guys with no previous motives. I mean, I get the whole corruption thing Lego does, but it needs better development. Like, Furno would make a good villain, he has the whole overcharged Hero Core thing going on, maybe a surge of power fries his circuits, thus making him evil and gaining an irrational hatred for Hero Factory. Would really work on the character development scale: Breez and Surge being obsessed with saving their friend, Stormer blaming himself for Furno's corruption, and Rocka worrying about the same happening to him.

Even good sales might not be good enough. Companies don't look for products that break even or even a continuous profit. Unless they keep making a greater profit with each quarter, they might shut down the Hero Factory Line.

Awesome set, although I can't for the life of me figure out how you did the eyes.

I like the Evo model, the fact that he has a weapon arm appeals to me. (Partly, because I made an updated MOC of him, I decided to give him a different color mismatched arm, this really works for me)

What I'm hoping is that these new sets are an attempt to mix the classic and new systems. Still, here's hoping that the sales aren't low enough that they stop selling after these models. Usually three collections is the danger point for lego sets (Exo-Force, Knights Kingdom, etc) Sets tend to be removed from production after that.

Not sure how to feel about the new Hero sets, I got a lot of the new style heads, so this kinda messes up the consistency of my MOCs. That said, I do hope that: A: They improve the original glatorian heads. B: New masks for Furno, Breez and Surge, seriously. The old ones are amazing, but give us something new!
