Apologies if this has already been brought up, but supposedly Anthony Mackie was seen during the filming of Avengers 2. I will be so much more excited for Avengers 2 if Falcon is in it.

My Sempai A Wasp blog I follow suggests Oded Fehr for Dr. Strange. I'm not an expert on him, but I did enjoy him in the Mummy movies. On other matters I do like to think of the Golden Aged Human Torch active in the MCU, if only to help fill in the timeline from Captain America to Iron Man. If nothing else they could call him the Torch.

I don't know much about the original Guardians of the Galaxy, but I heard that Yondu Udonta from the first series will be in the movie. Not sure how big his role will be though.

Well as someone interested in Marvel's Ultimate comics, maybe next time they could use Earth-1610's Galactus, the giant robot sphere that hates organic life and literally devours worlds, with the help of its fleet of drones.

Well, I liked him in the Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon, mostly season one. And in Avengers Academy he didn't seem particularly bad, he just wasn't one of my favorites. Of course those are my main exposure to him, so I haven't had my opinions colored too much.

Agreed on that, if I had my way they would just do The Wasp instead. Whirlwind could be the villain. That said, Ant-Man definitely is a gateway for more obscure Marvel characters. And if rumors are true, then it will be about Scott Lang in the present and Hank Pym in the past. Both of those can lead to a number of different heroes. Hank can lead to the Avengers Initive or the Avengers Academy, especially as a veteran hero. And if he was active in the sixties like rumors suggest, that will help fill in the gap from Captain America and the Avengers. Scott Lang on the other hand leads to Cassie Lang, which can lead to Young Avengers. So in an odd way, Ant-Man ends up being potentially vital for world building.

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (Video Game Discussion)
Tanma replied to The Joker1's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
I woud be interested in being able to play the whole extended Bat Family. All of the Robins, all the Batgirls, Batwoman, the second Question, Huntress, Alfred, Batwing, and so on. You could probably come up with a range of powers for the cast like giving stealth abilities and flight to Terry, and Cassandra has always veered on superhuman, maybe she could function like the big figs in Lego Marvel, who are stronger but can't build? -
So I got Windblade #1 and #2 yesterday, and I can definitely recommend them. So far I'm liking the cast and story, and it seems like a nice introduction into IDW's main transformer universe.and Mairghread Scott is probably my current favorite writer, I mean she worked on my two favorite Transformers Prime episodes. I'm eagerly awaiting more.

I would be shocked if Amora isn't in Thor 3. We already met her sister in AoS, and she is one of the most well known female Marvel villains. Plus with Loki in charge, I would be interested to see what side the Enchantress is on. Would she be working for Loki, or trying to gather power for herself?

Yeah, not to mention Sitwell. He might not have done much, but in the Consultant he works to prevent the Abomination from joining the Avengers. But even though the Abomination was kept in military containment, he ended up at the Fridge, if we are to believe that Couson was correctly informed. I know we didn't see Abomination in AoS because of budget, but I wonder if he already is in Hydra hands. Masters of Evil might be coming up.

Agreed, I only ship Simmons with the GH.325. Such passion, she needed convincing to break the rules for Fitz, but for GH.325 she did it willingly. There was so much tension there, would they be reunited, or would Coulson continue to try to keep them separated? I was filled with grief when the GH.325 died before Simmons could tell them how she felt. ...I don't even know if I am being sarcastic anymore.

See, I don't see them using Yellow Claw, because let's be honest, he's a little racist. His name is literally Yellow Claw. And even if they tried to update him to be less offensive, I think The Claw was used more recently, I would hope he would be in Agent Carter, since he is more of a Golden Age villain. Which reminds me, I wonder if the Agents of Atlas or Department Zero will exist in that show? They could end up being the inspiration for the Avengers Initiative. On another note,

I think we have to forget AoS a little for its problem with long arcs, as it is a SHIELD show. Winter Soldier changed a lot about the MCCU, and from what I understand the writers of AoS were aware of Winter Soldier's twists beforehand. They kind of had to use the group of antagonists from the movie since they had should big ties to SHIELD and what happened to SHIELD in Winter Soldier. And they couldn't release the reveal until Winter Soldier had already came out, as it spoiled one of the twists from the movie. So they kind of were forced to borrow from the movie because of its heavy ties to SHIELD, and they had to wait until the end of the season before they could do the main arc. Sure, they could have revealed who the Clairvoyant was earlier, but then it would be hard to not mention who he was working with. So while AoS has plenty of flaws, I think I can forgive the first season for its mostly lack or arcs.

According to the Marvel wiki one of the first interracial relationships in Marvel comics was between Peggy Carter and Gabe Jones, who was one of the Howling Commando in the movie. So it might be him, if he shows up.
-
Sorry about that. I think they would resolve it in AoS, at least in regards to the characters in the show. In the comics I believe she married Gabe of the Howling Commandos, who Cap did save in his first movie. This has lead my sister to suspect Triplett and Sharon could be cousins.

Anyone else seen the preview clip for the finale?

Someone proposed the idea that Agent Carter could feature Marvel heroes from the thirties, forties, and fifties as characters. We know the Golden Age Human Torch exists in the MCU; he had a cameo in the Stark Expo in the first Captain America movie (though I am not sure if they can call him that what with Fox owning the Fantastic Four) but others like Angel, Thin Man, and Gorilla Man could exist. It could help flesh out the MCU's timeline, as right now it goes Captain America and then nothing happens in terms of superheroes until the first Iron Man. (Or the Hulk, he might have been made earlier) If the rumors about the first Ant Man being active in the sixties are true that does fill some space, but I would like having a number of heroes for every decade. (Thor doesn't count because he wasn't on Earth)

The only worry with Agent Carter I have at all is that the big reveal of Winter Soldier was happening for a really long time, entwined with SHIELD's origins. I really won't want to see our heroine dealing with "the corruption," as it implies that either she doesn't recognize it, or she fails to stop it. But other than that I am completely excited for Agent Carter. Here is to hoping it does great. I wonder if they will cover storylines from the comics, like the experiments on African Americans to recreate the super soldier serum. On AoS being renewed, I'm glad. It's gotten better since this last arc started, and I do like not having to wait for the movies for MCU news. I just worry how they will justice being called SHIELD now.

The only potential issue about that theory is

Oh. My. Living Tribunal. That makes so much sense. Thank you.

Oh, duh. I guess they have the rights through Iron Man, but I doubt they would make Skye's parents Makluans, especially since the Ten Rings in the MCU are a group rather than...ten rings.

At one point in Winter Soldier Rumlow declares "S.T.R.I.K.E., you heard the Cap! Gear up!" That phrase doesn't really make sense if they are a strike team, as he uses STRIKE like a specific noun. So I am fairly sure STRIKE in the MCU was just a branch of SHIELD. On last night's episode, I enjoyed it. Anyone off the top of their head know of any Chinese monsters in the comics? I keep thinking Wendigo, but that is from North America and I don't know if Marvel has the rights or if Fox oes.
