[moc] Schools Class 4-4-0 'Repton'
Darkkostas25 replied to LordsofMedieval's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Nice! Your use and other wheels, now it looks even better! -
Looks promising and cool! But sadly lego`s standard train`s curve tracks (their radius is comical to the proportions of MOCs) And you got nice layout!

Nice Model! Cool parts usage! Neat detailing and accomplishment of complex shapes of cabin -
Splendid! Astounding work was done by replicating the complex shaping of this engine(engines)! Neat idea with snow-plower with the usage of joints. Cool idea with roofs ends with 4x4 curve wedge!

I don't think it's gonna happen (this kind of alternative model it`s will need lots of spare wheels but recent trains not so rich on wheels(and magnet couplers, and I guess they may die off)) and yeah we need another iteration of the hobby/factory line with a new hobby train with lots of new parts and maybe one/two colour-scheme

Darkkostas25 replied to Darkkostas25's topic in LEGO Train Tech

Red Silver Arrow (tank engine)(Custom wheels)) (maybe do later variation with standard) https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/design.page?idModel=439660 Red Silver Arrow (tank engine)(Custom wheels))- 6 replies

Marvellous! Nice idea with the front part! Cool design and execution! -
Great model! Neat interior and a cool idea for scale! And yeah that "joint" type of connection sadly isn`t good, especially for curves :( Interesting design for the "nose" part of the locomotive. Great model and train!

76423 might actually be Lego's strongest 6-wide steam train ever
Darkkostas25 replied to LordsofMedieval's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Agree that even combining this and the previous also will be a win-win situation. I love the evolution in the design of this model through the time it's getting better (wheal mostly for engine depiction of it goes with time only better looking ) -
