I found a nasty bug with part 60169. It swirls around randomly when trying to flex it. Before: After:

I'm not a star wars fan at all, but...

I'm fairly sure that these shouldn't fit together without the bogey plate being stressed. I even tested it with real bricks - the bottom part pops out much easier than with 1 plate with technic hole.
