  1. Wow! A big surprise for me when my 5 seconds Helicopter MOC video on YouTube got more than 5000 views in less than a day! The video shows how the rotor blades can be spinning. it only takes leas than 50 parts. The video
  2. I build a helicopter Less than 50 parts helicopter
  3. Thanks for all the feedback. This MOC has received 5000 views so far.
  4. https://rebrickable.com/.../zumaidi/flight-simulator/... This flight simulator is suitable for small LEGO planes or other small plane models/toys. It has pitch and roll functions but now yaw. It can be controlled either remotely or manually. It comes with pitch and roll indicators. I believe this Flight Simulator is very good for educational or for having fun with your Lego plane sets collection. Thank you for your support. The Flight Simulator

  6. Thanks for all the feedbacks. This MOC has received 8500 views so far. :-)
  7. Cute and Compact F1 Car - Pull back engine - 179 parts - 16cm X 10cm X 8cm - 174 gram I share it here - https://www.buymeacoffee.com/zumaidi/cute-compact-f1-car Thanks for your support.
  8. A racing off road buggy inspired by Ariel Nomad Tactical. ( I have tried my best to match it :-) ) https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-90673/zumaidi/racing-off-road-buggy/#details
  9. This part is already faulty. The hub could not detect it. Lego has replaced with a new one. Thanks. But I am curious. What has happened inside the motor. Can it be repaired by a non electronic man? So, let's open it up. There is no screw or any opening... Then I need to be a little bit tough on this. I used a knife and Philip screw driver. So, that's it. Well, if you think this 13 minute video is boring, please forgive me. Thanks for watching.
  10. You are welcome. I am glad that the faulty motor can still give some value of knowledge.
  11. Ha ha ha. Sorry I didn't get it in the 1st place. Thanks. The build is very tough and compact. Not sure which part is repairable. I guess may be the chip can be replaces but that requires special tool. In my case, it was not detectable by the hub.
  12. At time -stamp 5:50, I have to cut the PCB in order to inspect the top part. from 12:10 to 12:57, I just re-arranged the parts to take photos. Is the PCB on the other side "empty" ? - you can see the back at time-stamp 5:50 the hall sensor ?
  13. No. I mean people without electronic knowledge. That refers to me. I don't have any such knowledge nor qualification.
  14. What do you think about this ? - all existing features of 42122 are still there - big wheels from 42124 Off Road Buggy Thanks for your feedback.
  15. Thanks. Unfortunately I have abandoned this MOC. The width is not proportionate to the length. It will be too complicated to make the set wider.
  16. Well, that is something in the pipeline. I already did a simple test -

  18. Thanks for your feedback. Yes, there is a similarity. I guess big wheels are better looking. Btw, this one is 2 door with big wheels.
  19. This recovery service truck is almost a mini version of 42008 but fully RC for driving. It has manually operated winch and rear wheel lift although use similar parts from 42008. It is a mini because of the length which is half of 42008. The chassis, wheels, color scheme, doors and seats have been changed as well. Thanks for your support. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-86760/zumaidi/24-7-recovery-service-truck/#details
  20. Why 2 motors side by side at front and why more vacant space at the rear ? Actually I planned to put another function which is a tag axle - the last row wheel that can be up lifted up. The function was supposed to use pneumatic. It has its own motor, pump and cylinder ( from the 42008 set) . But it did not work out as planned. All of them will make the set heavier. I need to get a more powerful pump, cylinder and a PU motor for this to happen. Thanks @Brickend and @brickless_kiwi. watch the video of the tag axle -
  21. The design is actually the original 42008 front row steering. I just made minor change. Anyway, I will look into it for further improvements. Thanks
  22. Yes you are right. I did not securely fix the cabin onto the chassis yet at that time. I have already rectified the issue. And also changed the last row of wheels from single axle to independent axle for each wheel. Sorry I don't know the correct terms for that. Anyway, thanks for your feedback.
  23. Thank you for the observation. When I tested it, there was no issue of oversteer. Once I run the Control + app, it will check the steering calibration. It passed that point. And then it can be played as normal. Based on my knowledge so far, it the steering is not well constructed, it will fail the calibration process. I also used a custom setting on the Control + app. It also passed the calibration. A bad design will cause the motor keep running. But I appreciate if you can help me to improve the design. Thanks Btw, this is the video of the first draft of the MOC. I have rectified few issues after that.
  24. Opps sorry. I am glad the I have answered your question.
