  1. @NielsDui Hi, zal ff in Engels reageren. I don't have any instructions, also the model isn't finished yet in stud-io. Haven't worked on it in a long time, but I will see if I still have the 3d file and upload it tonight so you can open it in stud-io and have a look Edit: I don't have the file anymore, sorry
  2. @lsquared I did a test extension of the chassis irl, haven't been working on it since my last post. Been busy building my motorcycle and other projects. However my stud file with the 110 of which I shared some screenshots, I only focused on designing a rough exterior and little work was done to the chassis. The file is far from complete but if you like I can share it when I'm home again next week. Let me know. What I can say about the chassis I made irl is it's not complete. After some thought I plan to simplify the gearbox and completely rework the chassis for a more realistic interior. When I get back to the 110 project I'll be sure to post more updates en can then share any stud files I've made.
  3. Thanks, I really like the combination too! Thanks! I have started on the chassis and based it on JB70's pimp my land rover mainly for the gearbox. I redesigned the front section to get Ackermann steering with these wheels. I've lengthened the chassis by 7 studs for the rear doors. Next step is to find a way to connect the steering wheel, I changed the steering gears to get 360* rotation in both directions but haven't been able to connect it yet.
  4. Hello, Thought I'd share what I'm working on, inspired by a Defender 110 MOC. I'm creating my own 110 as closely accurate to real sizing as possible. The rear doors are difficult as the real ones are part of the rear mudguard. The black roof and hood are accurate as the Defender has this livery as well. This is my very first time using Studio so lot of trial and error before it is complete. And seeing all these mods, I will be implementing a lot when I start building mine.

    Well hello there!

Hello everyone, My name is Mike (hope my username didn't give it away), almost 30 years old and living in the Netherlands. My love for LEGO started as with many, at a young age. My rooms carpet covered with blocks and my mother always yelling to tidy it up after stepping on it all the time I work as an international service engineer, maintaining, repairing and installing machines. During 1 job about 2 years ago I was bored at the hotel and LEGO popped into my mind so I decided to look it up. Little did I know how much it had changed over the years and that there were even websites for people creating there own awesome stuff! I was instantly hooked by fascination of what was possible with modern LEGO. After looking around for a while I decided to get the set 42069 Extreme Adventure. Finding out about Bricklink and knowing some cool mods for the set I got to work. A very simple but satisfying mod changing the tracks to wheels. Next came the Porsche 42056 and now I have the 42110 Land Rover which I'm modding on Stud.io 2 before assembling. Besides LEGO, I like reading books, working on my motorbike and building scale models. Mostly military planes and heli's, but others like STAR WARS models too (huge PRE-DISNEY star wars fan). I hope to find a lot of inspiration and help when needed here, from what I've seen the community is very friendly and helpful, to which I look forward! Cheers My first project ever using Stud.io 2, Inspired by a Defender 110 MOC already made on Rebrickable.
