Please check out my FAQ at rebrickable: Q. I cannot find a certain part that is not listed in the inventory.A. As every part from the original kit is highly reused in every possibility, you have to be patience when looking for the part that seems to be missing. Because it will be found at the later steps that it will not be used in this MOD.

This MOD upgrades your 75331 Razor Crest as below: - add a toilet next to the sleeping room - removable front landing gear - retractable rear landing gears (they're strong as the original) - add a display stand (229 parts) - tidy up the front panel - add more details to the laser cannons - entirely flip the boarding ramps - enlarge the rear entrance so that blurrg can walk through it - fill gaps and holes around the body and engines 419 extra parts are needed. Instruction is available at https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-131686/ Enjoy and have fun!

42163 Heavy-Duty Bulldozer
A_C replied to Ngoc Nguyen's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I love this bulldozer so much that I quickly built it from my spare parts and changed the followings: - enlarged the blade by 1 stud - added the ripper Now it looks more like its big brother. -
It's really impressive. So many detailing in this MOC. So inspiring.

Here is my little MOD: 1. Need the following parts: 2. Replace the original steps 955 to 958 as below: 3. Do the same steps for the other side (995 to 998). Now the gun cannons can be pointed straight: Have fun!

Hi, It's my first time to join the Eurobricks Contest. When I read the details of the TC22 Contest, this MOC (CAT Skid Steer Loader) was already WIP for months. My last tune is to tackle the size restriction (10000 cubic studs). Finally it's done and the main features are: - Total no. of pieces is around 900 - Around 1/16 to 1/17 scale; works well with the 42114 Volvo Articulated Hauler - 4WD with a modified transverse subtractor by Sariel (http://sariel.pl/) - Requires a BuWizz 1.0/2.0 or CaDA or Mould King remote battery hub - PF L Motor for the main driving - PF M Motor for the steering - PF M Motor for the bucket lifting - PF M Motor for the bucket tilting - Movable cabin - Bucket is swappable to a pallet fork or a larger bucket - Detailed cockpit and driver seat The size is 20.5 x 17 x 28.5 = 9932.25 cubic studs More pictures at: https://www.flickr.com/photos/124502100@N04/albums/72177720299363293 Video uploaded:

[TC22 - not qualified] CAT Skid Steer Loader
A_C replied to A_C's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
First of all, thanks all for your comments. Whether it's good or not, I really appreciate them. I must admit my intention to build this MOC is not purely for TC22. It's a months project standing on my desk even before TC22 started. I faced a lot of technical issues so there's no WIP post. However, TC22 does give me a reason to continue this project. It pushes me to finish this MOC. As it's my first time to join Eurobricks Contest, I didn't realize the importance of the rules and limitations. I'll pay more attention for the next time. As said before, I'm more than happy if it's not qualified for TC22. As least I'm now ready for the next project. -
[TC22 - not qualified] CAT Skid Steer Loader

Any advice on how to get the count of system and technic parts from Stud.io? As said, I leave it to the judge now. BTW, video updated. -

When the 'skins' are removed, it's 100% technic. Anyway, I'll be more than happy if the judge says it's not qualified. -

I don't think there is a contest rule stating the proportion of technic parts vs system parts. Besides, other contestants also use system parts. -

THIS MODEL HAS BEEN DISQUALIFIED DUE TO A LARGE NUMBER OF SYSTEM PARTS CAT Skid Steer Loader Main features: - Total no. of pieces is around 900 - Around 1/16 to 1/17 scale; works well with the 42114 Volvo Articulated Hauler - 4WD with a modified transverse subtractor by Sariel (http://sariel.pl/) - Requires a BuWizz 1.0/2.0 or CaDA or Mould King remote battery hub - PF L Motor for the main driving - PF M Motor for the steering - PF M Motor for the bucket lifting - PF M Motor for the bucket tilting - Movable cabin - Bucket is swappable to a pallet fork or a larger bucket - Detailed cockpit and driver seat - The size is 20.5 x 17 x 28.5 = 9932.25 cubic studs https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/190872-tc22-cat-skid-steer-loader/ -

It's almost done, just need a bit more tune up. But it's too large for the contest. -

Tried, but still too long. As the bucket is detachable (for changing to forklift), can I exclude the bucket in the calculation? -

Hi Jim, I have a question on the size. You said that moving part is not counted. How about an Excavator? Can the bucket be excluded as it's a moving part? With the bucket, my MOC size is about 21 x 17 x 33 = 11761. But without the bucket, it is 21 x 17 x 25 = 8925. -
Caterpillar bulldozer issue
A_C replied to JohnsLegos's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
As said before, after step 3 of the subparts, you have to rotate it 90 degrees. i.e. the tile piece of step 3 should be on the top. Or any picture of your built to further show your problem? -

I guess you have to rotate both subparts 90 degrees and insert to the central axle. Hope it helps. -

Hi guys, I'm still playing with the outlook and modifying the racing stands. LEGO has done a great work when comparing with the real one. So just need to fill some 'holes' here and there... -
