Also the Mattel toys, are they now considered 'spoilers' for the next season? (Because of the Baryonyx's having names (although now the Ceratosaurus vs Raptor Squad won't be happening..)) (may have not been included because too many dinosaurs or something)

Lol, probably I was just making a wild guess, although now that I have finished Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous (No Spoilers don't worry), a lot of set possibilities pop to mind. But I (and probably everyone else) would prefer original trilogy sets for the 'non-dominion-spots' (haha) Oof

You guys think maybe one of the 2021 sets is 'Owens Cabin', the one he was building in Fallen Kingdom? It could come with Owen Grady, Claire Dearing, Maisie Lockwood and Blue. Maybe the $40 one?

Yeah, Baryonyx is a good one. Also if you can't find any sets of it on discount, you could just buy the dinosaur separately on eBay, bricklink etc :D (not too familiar with bricklink so just assuming you buy lego pieces from it)
