paradisa 6404 alternate model: WWI era artillery gun
Batbrick replied to Tanotrooper's topic in LEGO Town
:-D *sweet* :-D *sweet* :-D *sweet* :-D ! That is the one thing that shouldn't be in Paradisa! Good Job! Batbrick Away! >:-) -
Yeah but ultimately it was just a revisit to Mars when we could have gotten something newer and better. This has gotten my hopes up, thanks Copmike! *sweet* Batbrick Away! >:-)

There go imperialshadows, hope that makes you happy! :-)
-
That looks good! :-) The platform is very effective and the small red station works just aswell! Batbrick Away! >:-)

Thankyou Doctor Sinister, I am also very protective of my lego. gee, there isn't as much space in the castle as what I thought 8-| ....... Batbrick Away! >:-)

Wow, I even got a mention! under another name of course: Spamming Newbie! :-D Sorry *yoda* and guys, I'll have to stop that. Anyway, a great and funny interview! Can't wait to see Vader's! Batbrick Away! >:-)

So it is easy to fit a baseplate under it then Doctor Sinister? I was hoping it would be a clean fit....... If you don't mind me asking, are your kids a bit young to build lego by themselves? Or do you just enjoy building them more? Batbrick Away! >:-)

Yes the skeleton carriage gives you the most for your money, it has five minifigs! *sweet* The Skeleton Ship Attack will be the last buy, it is a great set but the castle comes first and I have to keep money for other things. Ahhh yes Brainbox, the beautiful 1x1 slope! *wub* And I too mised the age of Classic Castle! :'-( With those armies added up, I might have to buy a couple more crossbow attacks to build them up more. 2008 sets better still have the knights and skellies. Batbrick Away! >:-)

I think Exo-Force the same as I think of Bionocle now, It used to be cool, and now it is just getting repetitive, repetitive, repetitive. But as long as it rakes in big cash for Lego, then I'll just look the other way. I am surprised they didn't just build a giant goodguy bot yet, It is getting ridiculous how man giant mechas the robots have. Batbrick Away! >:-)

The person above me still believes in the obsolete ways of the senate! :-P All hail our new Emporor Palpatine! *sing* Batbrick Away! >:-)

I managed to get the wolf set, mini boat set with baby purple dragon, and viking catapault with red dragon. Maybe one day I will get more :'-( ............ How many sets did you get of the Viking theme trooperdavinfelth? And just to keep on track with the conversation, what do you think is the best set of the theme? Many will say the Castle, but I will say The Crossbow Attack. It has so many elements: Weapons Archer Soldier Skellie Skellie Horse Crossbow for seige weapons. All you have to do is buy about 10 of those sets and you have your own small armies! *sweet* Batbrick Away! >:-)

Nice Batman: Year One reference there Brainbox. Yes I had forgot about Oracle! :-$ However, I doubt we would see Scarebeast or Cassius Clay and such. Most of those are crap anyway in my opinion. The two versions of Clayface I like are Basil Karlo and Matt Hagen. But undoubtedly, the greatest version of Clayface was a combo of them all, as seen in the brilliant Batman: The Animated Series. He was the best! *wub* (wow, that was a gay moment :-$ ) About Indiana, I still think he is famous, I know many kids who love those movies. I just hope it sells well enough to get a 2nd Wave. I never got any Harry Potter sets, but I am getting sick of seeing Hogwarts....... Batbrick Away! >:-)

It is funny how that happens, I was going to by it just for a couple of skellies and now I must have them all! >:-) Same thing happened with the viking line, only I was too late......... :'-(

Medicine Man's Totem Pole: WW/Indian MOC
Batbrick replied to SirNadroj's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
This is a great little MOC Sir Nadroj! The bird on top is definitely the crowning touch, but I also like the indian's staff. Another successful MOC I say! Batbrick Away! >:-) -
Thankyou trooperdavinfelth :-) , I do think the fantasy element in this series does it lots of justice. It makes it expandable and diverges finally into the realm of fantasy! *wub* I still plan to get King's Castle Seige, but just from the pictures I'd say that LEGO went the right way in making a classic castle with a modern touch. And while many seem to think of Skeleton Tower as an "okay" set, I actually *wub* it! My biggest gripe about the whole line is the dragons :-X , but I forgive the Lego company because I know little kids love them. Batbrick Away! >:-)

Okay, this year the new subtheme was harbour. Hurray! *sweet* Next year it is apparently police again. Boo! |-/ What subthemes and new directions should City take? Remember, you CAN include set ideas, but this is overall NOT a set idea topic. This is to state your opinion on where City should expand on and which directions it should go. My opinion: I think that an extension of the harbour theme can be done, but what I really wants to see is a Landmarks subtheme or Astronaut theme. A NASA base would be cool and to have landmarks like bridges, statues and parks would be neat, (Not to be confused with Real landmarks). What radical directions should City take? Your thoughts on this? Batbrick Away! >:-)
-
Yes those are good ideas, It would be cheap :-) and expand City a lot. Now just waiting for a lego drunk...... Batbrick Away! >:-)

This is a lot like my City thread I just started. State what you want to see next for space after this :-X MM line. Remember, there is nothing wrong with posting set ideas, but overall this is NOT a set idea thread. This is a thread to discuss what subthemes and directions space should take. I personally would like to see a space theme that includes a lot less vehicles and no battles. It would have more sets as opposed to vehicles and only one faction to start with. If you really want to push it then 2 human factions. It would be a far more realistic take on Space with them on an exotic planet setting up civilisation. Like the adventurers sets, old dead civilisations could be there and alien guardians if Lego still thinks kids want battles. Your thoughts on where Space should go next? (and don't say "space", any smart alecs) Batbrick Away! >:-)

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?
Batbrick replied to Darthking623's topic in LEGO Star Wars
While not a huge fan of StarWars lego I couldn't resist buying a Darth Vader. His helmet is in perfect minifig scale and he manages to be cute and menacing at the same time! :-D Batbrick Away! >:-) -
Hello Interlink! :-) I like bionicle when it is made good. I hope to see some MOC's from you! See you around! ;-) Batbrick Away! >:-)
-
The person above me would probably kill me without hesitation if I got in his way of obtaining another StarWars set! :-D

I will be okay with police if the sets are great, and like you said more diversity. What other subthemes would you like to see imperialshadows? Batbrick Away! >:-)
