    Thanks for the help guys, I have actually managed to modify the existing mount to fit the smaller blades so that I can get the slight angle on them. I have tried to upload a picture but I think I have hit a limit as I don't often comment on here, I am more of a lurker. Basically I just replaced the 32148 elements (Technic Axle and Pin Connector 3L w/ Center Pin) with 32449 (Liftarm 1 x 4 Thin). Then I could reconfigure the attachment points for these blades instead of the official ones. Now all I have left to solve is the power functions battery box. It looks like it will fit with minor modification.....

    Hmmm... that is very interesting then as I thought these blades were shorter too but I have collision issues with the floor with these blades. I am guessing that it is not designed to fly in this way so in the real world this isn't an issue?

    I currently have a blade-less Osprey, anyone got any ideas? I have tried part 62743 (2 x 16 rotor blade), I was able to adapt the mount perfectly but they were too long! Other than this I have all the other problems solved.

    @efferman I have fixed it now, my computer recognised them as zip files, by changing the extension to .io they work. I humbly accept my idiot points.

    @efferman I love that mod for the folding wings!! I think we should probably start a modding thread and add the pf mod too. Saying that I have tried downloading your .io files but need a password to extract the pf mod. Any ideas?

    I can't begin to tell you how jealous of this I am! I have phoned around every toy store I know and nobody has one available. I am just hoping that it is a little too late for Lego to recall all of these now, either that or they tweak the branding slightly and just call it a rescue helicopter or something and are able to release it.

    Just been researching the Volvo A60H and it may seem that it has some more functions than we originally thought, especially if it has the front bonnet lift arms etc. I would be very interested to know if it has the powered articulation of the A30G too, Volvo like showing that off at events and making it do strange stunts.

    I have just built this set myself and I am now fairly certain that something is off with your build. The 5x3 L components that form the bonnet should be sloped and this makes the 2x1 arm that connects to the cab perfectly horizontal which changes the geometry of the cab. Please take a look at your build and see if you have made a small mistake that is impacting your enjoyment of the model.
