I was gone for a few days, and I miss this! People, tell me, do they look good?

I'd say a new Thranduil looks likely- he seems to be quite prominent in the battle and the aftermath. Rightly so too, he is an important character in the books too!! :classic:

I know she died on Kashyyyk, I'm just wondering why she would be kept alive by the clones and imprisoned for the purposes of the plot. That or making lightsabers...

I assume Luminara is still alive because she was stationed on Kashyyyk where Yoda was? It just doesn't make sense why she is still alive... Unless they change where she was stationed when Order 66 was executed... Still looking forward to it!

What buildings do people think we'll be getting with the new Laketown addition? Bard's house? The Master's house? I'm curious :)

It might have been based on some artwork? We've seen it before, countless times... I, personally, quite like it. What was good about the first wave was that the majority of the dwarves got their own personal weapons. Again, this sort've reiterates that point.

I think now that we're seeing the set in real life through pictures, it looks better because of sizing. The dwarves are, obviously, small, which gives a much better impression of the Erebor play features. That's what I think at least :3

On a completely random note- if we get that Thranduil armour mini figure, it'll make a lovely Glorfindel figure!

I personally love the power-rangers theme emerging in the set... green ranger Dwalin, red ranger Balin, blue ranger Fili, black ranger Kili...s'all good in my books...

So, out of interest, if we're seeing one set (hopefully) in the next few days, when can we expect to see images (etc) of the other three sets?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think, since Fox owns Xmen rights, LEGO would be allowed to do movie costumes?

If we get that, I would be exceedingly annoyed. The whole idea of the first wave was to partly collect all the dwarves, I'd rather get some new stuff, not replicate what already has been made...

My self-proclaimed dark ages after Harry Potter have fully ended today with the order of both Dol Guldur sets! Seems like a very good price... Although, one problem, I ordered a Radagast on brick link and am now getting one! Doh!!

Good evening all! As reported on the 'UK Sales' page, Mirkwood Elf army is currently in the Smyths (and Argos sale) at an amazing £15! Sadly, all the stores near me are sold out, and I was just wondering if there is anyone in the UK who may be able to get me one- I'd pay through paypal. If anyone can get me the set, could you just PM with postage costs, just to be sure! Obviously I wouldn't want postage to greatly increase the price to the £30 RRP, thus reducing the deal! If anyone lives in Durham, and fancies picking me up one of the sets from the Smyths shop there (which has some stock apparently), I will be heading back up to Durham on the 24th April since that is where my University is so I could pick it up without having to worry about postage. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Best, Ant :)

I've only ever really focused on the non-liscensed themes! To be honest, it will save me plenty of money haha! Goodluck for the NBA quest! :)

I may- it really depends on the price since I'm on a student budget. I tend to wait until sale time to get any sets. However, this will be the last Lego theme I buy (my one true love was Harry Potter...) so I'd like to get as many of the sets as I want. I was tempted to buy Dol Guldur ambush, but it was becoming a matter of buying because it was cheap, and I don't like doing that! :P Will you? :)

I finally got Bag End today... it's so lovely!! I was just wondering- do you reckon we'll be getting all the dwarves again in other sets? I mean, I'd quite like Gloin but I cannot see the point spending £30/£40 just for him and the other dwarf... Maybe he will come out in another set? Any ideas?

They didn't do that for Harry Potter, they probably wouldn't for this... yes I'm still very bitter about losing Harry Potter and will be if LOTR goes...
