Question: Buyers having 100s of promotional figures for sale?

I've been scouring eBay for a C3PO (red arm), but they're all a little overpriced for my liking. How is it that the sellers have, in some cases, 100s of figures for sale? Where do they get them all? Thanks P.s. If anyone has the mentioned figure above in the UK for a good price, PM me -
Anything with jedi that aren't Clone Wars, mainly because i missed the clone wars ones!!

I'm hoping it is in a set, though SPOILERS, the arm was back to golden at the end of the film. One seller on eBay has one for £7.50 with P&P, but I'm just hesitant to support those that purchased loads with the intention of selling them on, no offence to Ludzik above -

Well, yes and no. I had planned to order online via LEGO with their £25+ deal, but I'm currently only interested in the new battle packs that are coming out 1st Jan (when the offer has finished...) I thought they were for sale in Toys R Us, I asked a member of staff about it when I went in and she said that wasn't a thing... -
A really superb layout!! One question: where's Bishop? I've looked through all the pictures, zoomed in, but can't see him :( But, overall, simply exquisite work!

I went there for the first time a few days ago whilst visiting my girlfriend who lives in Cambridge. It was a little disappointing... Is there usually more LEGO stock?

I did notice on LEGO that Mirkwood elf army is still for sale - we'll just have to wait for a good sale Picked up Toy Factory though, so I'm happy (my student loan will pay for it)

When do you reckon it'd be best to get the LEGO Xmen set? I it possible it'll go down in price during the Easter sales?

The UK seems quite similar at the moment: amazon seems out of stock, and no-where sells the sets. Last year, the sets went on discount at Easter, which seemed to be an end of stock/clearance sale. Whether this will happen again this year, however, I'm not as sure...

The negative version of 'Lucky Lego Finds', what set(s) do you regret not buying? Personally, I wish I'd purchased Diagon Alley- it looked a great set and all that stopped me was thinking that it was immature for a seventeen-year-old to buy lego...... I've now learnt, at nineteen, there is nothing wrong with it... Too little too late, though....

I miss it a lot. The only hope we do have is that, possibly, when the new films come out, we get a few Harry Potter sets. Just like LOTR with The Hobbit. We can dream... -

I guess a new question to ask is how many 'Battle of the Five Armies' sets people are going to buy now? Is there any repeat buying value?
