Why? I don't get it.This is about the upcoming sets. So why can't we post leaked images?
  7. A V8 version of the real car with 525 hp will be available in 2022. So the V8 mods in this thread do exist in the real world. https://www.autoblog.com/2021/02/26/land-rover-defender-v8-2022-price/?guccounter=1
  8. My improvements so far: - Fake brakes at the front and the rear - Changed all visible coloured axles and pins for black or grey ones - Front lights built from bricks instead of using stickers - Working door locks - Added a third brake light - Changed the orange pieces on the winch and the roof box for black / grey ones - Filled the gaps on the rear bumper below the lights - Improved trunk hinge - Added a bar to keep the bonnet open - Swapped the soft shock absorbers (grey) in the front with hard ones (yellow) - Removed the limiters of the front suspension - Attached the roof box and the traction mats to the roof rack instead of the roof
  9. Thanks man. I got it for 110€ because i had 70€ worth of vouchers. Should have been around 120 - 130€ list price.
  10. Well, yes, the way you built the chassis makes it very sturdy because you used some small technic beam frames like Lego did on the chassis of the 42096. For the chassis of the Ferrari, Lego used bigger Technic frames which results in the car lacking structural integrity.

[MOC] 1:10 Aston Martin Vantage AMR

I want to build an Aston Martin Vantage GTE with the limited pieces I have to go alongside my modified 42096 and 42125. It will probably be black and white. Your model will be a great inspiration. 42096 and 42125 already look great together.
  14. My improvements so far. It's not done yet, still got some work to do. I will post more pics once it's finished. lowered the car, filled all holes in the chassis and the bodywork, flipped the small panels on top of the the doors around, got rid of all visible blue pins and coloured axles, improved the interior by filling all gaps, make the side skirts out of some technic beams like on the 42096 instead of the rotor blades, different steering wheel, added antennas on the roof like on the 42096, added a rain/fog/signal light to the rear, fake brakes at the front and the rear, moved the steering mechanism in front of the front wheels in order to attach the fake brakes behind the front wheels
