    I played a lot of Fire Emblem Heroes a few years back, and Sothe was my best Dagger if I needed one. I also watched my Sister play Radiant Dawn sometimes, and she liked Micaiah a lot :) I think it is nice choice of characters and it is clear you put a lot of work into these Figs with some nice details. The articulation is also very impressive. But I really cant like the body shape, its very blocky and doesn't look very organic. I know the size constraints in this scale are way worse then what i am used to, 1:6 is literally double. To each their own, in my opinion this scale is just too small for LEGO. I guess we just build very differently, I prefer a stationary figure with good looks in a single pose and sacrifice flexibility when needed. I dont mean to offend or insult your work, I am just putting down my thoughts. Gray Gear

    Hi there! After seeing @scarovich's MOCs here I finally decided to share my own figure MOCs on EB as well. This is my first figure brickbuilt figure: Marin Kitagawa from the Manga series "My Dress-Up Darling" As some of you might notice I used some non-LEGO / spraypainted bricks to complete the MOC the way I wanted it. This being my first Figure I looked at some other MOCs for inspiration an I copied a few building techniques, namely the face shape and knee joint. Looking back I am not 100 % happy with this figure anymore, the skirt for one and especially the simplistic base bother me and I am considering doing a remake. (Most anime figures have a similar simple white base, so at the time I thought it would be a good idea...) Well, tell me what you like and what you think I could improve.     @scarovich I am glad you like it! I finished a upgraded version of this figure a few days ago. The 3 Areas improved were the Ear, the Skirt and the Base. I still have to order the Bricks to build the figure IRL, so digital only for now.

    Hi everyone, I have not posted here for a while because I moved to more system based MOCs. But now i built this Turntable as part of my newest MOC, and i need some help. As you can see I have completed the Turntable, and it works very well with very little Friction. The Part I need help with is with the electronics: I need some recommendations for a electric Motor to put in the base to keep the Turntable spinning very slowly. The motor should both be extremely quiet, have a low rpm output (100 rpm would be perfect) and small enough to fit into this MOC. The motor does not need to have a lot of torque or power, the input is geared down with a worm gear already. I don't know how to supply power yet, I would like it best if I could use some kind of Power adapter to plug into the power outlet. But idk if this is possible. As you can probably guess I am beginner in this field, but the Bricks for the MOC have already been ordered, so there is no turning back! Any Pointers would be apprechiated. This is the whole MOC, a display figure of Goblin Slayer and Priestess from the Goblin Slayer Series. Thanks in advance, Gray Gear

    Thank you all for your Ideas I would like this to turn very slowly on my desk, like, in a always on scenario. Thats why I need something silent, like really silent. I doubt any LEGO/LEGO alternative motors will be suitable. @2GodBDGlory Yeah that base is overbuilt for sure, I got a bit carried away. I got no problems rebuilding the base completely it if the engine placement requires it. @Davidz90 What you posted sounds along the lines of what i need. How loud is the motor? In the video i couldn't hear anything. Also, is there some sort of power converter needed? i cant imagine the Motor will just plug strainght into the wall outlet somehow lol.

    @StudWorks your design is very flexible, nice. Clearly you put a lot more focus on range of motion that I do. As long as the figure can do the pose I want it to I am satisfied. And a clean look are more important for me.

    Only thing I can think of is using these and the counterpart for the ellbows, and use bars so they can be turned in multiple directions. Personally I don't like this super small scale, I prefer ~1:6 Scale. You can just work a lot more details in a larger Scale, but I admit you might get some issues with the figures not standing well on 2 Legs due to the added weight. I use Ball joints for the arms and some other places for my Anime Figures, and it works quite well.

    I was thinking of making a cloak myself for this Figure Has one of you made custom cloth cloaks before? I have seen some people using cloth for Sunshades to make minifig cloaks, but this Forum might have other methods for Bionicle and other larger Figures. I'd be glad to hear your experiences

    This is the second Anime Figure I built: The Catgirl "Fran" from the Manga/Anime series "Reincarnated as a Sword", which is one of my favorite series. It is both cute, wholesome and exceptionally brutal at the same time. The second main character of the series is the the intelligent Sword "Teacher", who helps Fran escape slavery and accompanys her on her adventures. This being my second figure I had more of an idea what I was doing. I still had to use some non-LEGO bricks to get the look I wanted. Fran being 12 yo Girl meant I had to build a Figure with a body a lot smaller and more slender than most other figures out there. I really enjoyed building the clothes, which are a kind of mix between a dress and a light Armor. For the cloak I used the one from the Obi-Wan Kenobi buildable figure, which turned out to fit quite nicely. The Base was also a lot of fun. In the series Fran is often thrown backwards when blocking heavy blows due to her low weight. The uses her Sword as a kind of plow, ramming it into the ground to slow down. I decided to use this as a kind of support, so the figure would be more stable. This worked very well and the whole MOC can easily be lifted by the sword blade. The upper part of the sword is very fragile though, so the upper hand is not actually contributing anything in terms of stability. I also made the floor to look broken and cracked.     Yeah Yeah that is my original design for the rotor, you probably saw THIS video on youtube. Honestly I'd have preferred if you had copied the whole engine as this housing is spinning the rotor in the wrong direction in relation to its movement. This is not how a rotary engine works. That out of the way, I have to say you created a nice small-scale representation of the FD, with some nice details and functions. Well done.

    Damn this one is my favorite out of your "Seasons Girls" ... for now! I really love the detailled Nature, and the curled Hair is also very nice. Am I right assuming you are not building these MOCs with the intention of building them IRL? Because I can tell this MOC is damn massive!

    Very nice MOC. That dress is indeed very well done. I also like the ammount of scenery and presentation, most people building Figures don't bother. I have been building Figures in a similar Scale (~1:6) but quite different styling (Anime/Manga characters). Maybe I'll post some of my MOCs here as well if something like that is welcome here.

    I have seen some LPE designs that don't use the switches at all, but control the airflow by squeezing the pneumatic hoze. It seemed to work very well.

    Does anyone have experience with this part: I am especially interested how much play there is in the Gray gear axle (up/down/left/right), and if it is possible to push an axle through all the way or not. I'd like to use this as the only mounting point and I am Wondering if it is suitable.

    I always wondered why there are so few technic cars with manual transmissions... I would like to change that, so I made a little guide, maybe it will help some of you. This is meant to help you get going, but not to carry you all the way. This is a small mockup of a compact 6 speed with shift assembly Yellow is power input (connected to the wheels) and red is power output (connected to the fake engine.) It is ideal for a mid-engine RWD car, as the engine can be placed right above the transmission. This is the secret of the "Safeshift" system that I developed. It makes it impossible for two gears to engage at the same time. That means you can shift without being careful, like this: The heart of the safeshift system is this sliding piece, which locks the 2 inactive selector rings in the neutral position: If you want to recreate this mockup and start experimenting a little, here are some pics for you: (Don't ask for instructions please, if you need the then I cant recomment trying this anyways ) The Shift lever contains a 6L bar with stop (piece 63965) I hope you liked it Gray Gear

    Not really my kind of car, but definitely an amazing piece of work. I especially enjoyed the dynamic suspension, which is something I have never seen before.

    I really like the way the wheel arches have been shaped, especially that rear door is amazing, with that small offset. The rear is pretty recognizable, the taillights are great. But I think the front looks a lot more like an Evo V than an Evo IX. There is way too much orange in the headlights, and the Front looks kinda older Evo-ish as well. I know the Evo IX front is really hard to do, I tried and failed in 1:8 Scale already

    I have to agree about the CADA Pins. While most CADA bricks have decent quality, the pins really are trash. They break easily during normal building, and especially during disassembly. I recommend just dumping them right away and getting some better quality ones from another brand. I use mostly non-LEGO bricks, this is no LEGO-fanboy trashtalking the competitors.

    @gyenesvi Yes, I chose the small scale both to keep the looks clean and the project size small. This is my first Tank MOC ever after all, so better to start out small! @2GodBDGlory Yes, those micro motors really are a game changer. They were the initial reason I built this MOC. @GerritvdG Thanks m8!

    Hi there everybody! It's been a while since I posted anything here, but allow me to present my latest Project: A small scale Tiger II tank! Years ago when I got first into World of Tanks Blitz, the Tiger II was my favorite tank. I still play it sometimes, so I decided to build it. My goal for this Tank was simple: To get all the functions big RC tanks have in a small scale tank model, and still make it look good. - RC driving (powering the front drive sprocket) - RC turret rotation - RC gun elevation/depression - Suspension system to replicate the torsion bar suspension From the beginning it was clear that this would not be possible using LEGO electronics due to the size constraints. I used a CADA Battery box, 2x M motor (drive) and 2x Micro motor (Turret+Gun) to power the tank. The rest of the Tank can be built with 100% LEGO with some minor color changes, especially on the insides to save money. Building istructions are on Rebrickable I hope you like my little gray cat and am looking forward to your comments Gray Gear

    Before I disappoint anyone I want to say that this project is still in a phase where I am not sure if I will actually build the car. Right now I just want to see if I can fit a 6speed manual transmission with AWD and 4 wheel steering into one car and make it work reliably. But if things do work out I will probably finish the R34 project because the R32,R33 and R34 are the only japanese cars I know of to combine AWD and 4WS This is my current progress: I managed to squeeze a gear rack into the transmission I used for my R32 GT-R to give it 4 wheel steering. I also had to decrease the overall width on each side by 1 stud to give the tires space to turn without rubbing here you can see the gear rack placement. I had some massive issues clearing the two differentials, but it all worked out very well in the end. And I only had to increase the transmission length by 1 stud! I am satisfied. Bellyshot. The 20T bevel gear engaging with the center diff will be replaced with the new 20t straight cut gear once I get my hands on it.     @930 Turbo That sounds very interesting. If you do manage to fit a reverse Gear to my 6 speed gearbox design I'd love to see it
