Great building - and the shot with the mirrored plate is great. The 1x2 dark bley arches sticking out is a neat technique.

Elf Delve Neddi was an elf who loved the sunlight and the soil. She tended to her garden with care and joy, using her knowledge of herbs and plants to create potions and remedies. But lately, her plants had been wilting and dying, afflicted by a mysterious blight. The only cure, she learned, was a rare ingredient: the luminaria fungus, a glowing organism that thrived in the darkest depths of the Nyx caves. Reluctantly, she agreed to venture into the underground realm, accompanied by her two acquaintances: Rhalyf, a curious wanderer from the south, and Folgaen, a clever and daring warrior. They made their way through the winding tunnels, facing dangers and wonders along the way. They reached a large cavern, where a small lake shimmered under the light of crystals. A water wheel turned slowly, powering a broken chain of gears. A wooden bridge spanned the lake, leading to a door on the other side. Folgaen was the first to cross the bridge, confident and curious. He stepped lightly on the planks, humming a tune. But halfway across, he heard a loud crack. He looked down and saw one of the boards break under his feet. As Folgaen falls towards the water, you hear him scream and see him grab the rope. You also see something else: a pair of yellow eyes emerging from the depths. Roll for initiative.

Batuhan Trading Post Located in the northwest of Kaliphlin, outside of Batuhan, is a bustling trading post. Positioned at the crossroads between Eastgate to the west, Barqa to the south, and Avalonia to the north, it is the ideal location for Kaliphlinians to acquire rare essential commodities, such as lumber. Today, the post is overrun with livestock, and the stable is full. Additional guards from Batuhan have been dispatched to ensure that all trade is legal and properly taxed. I created this trading post for the Guilds of Historica’s Challenge 11. It has been great developing the looks of this scrubland between Kaliphlin and Avalonia.

Book III - Challenge 11: Trading Posts - Winners Announced!

My entry: -
Stupendous job! What a great look with a unique color scheme and modern design (compared to other Lego Castle designs). Moreover, the scene and landscaping you’ve created is very well done too.
-
Here are instructions for the trees in the background of my Batuhan Trading Post creation. They are Douglas Fir trees growing in an arid environment. The base pieces are not too important - you can make it as tall or as secure to the ground as you want. All the limb elements are just hanging - so they fall of easily. You can insert olive green 2x2 round plates to help this a bit.

Great job incorporating the round shapes into the stone - it makes it look fit into the plants of the scene. -

Spectacular job! I love all the detail you've included, from the landscaping to the rockwork and of course the building itself! It's made even more impressive at this size! -
Great job depicting this exotic part of Historica! All the purple trees tie an otherwise chaotic scene together well.
-
Stunning build! I love the fall colors. They work well against the muted stone color as do the the organic shape of the trees against the geometric shapes of the building!
-
The minotaur head is well done!
-
Interesting slide out design for the interior! Well done.
-
Great little build. The horse shoes are NPU and I'm always interested in bellows made out of Lego.
