Majisto's Magical Micro Workshop Set #6048 Majisto’s Magical Workshop was one of my favorite sets as a kid. So when LEGO announced their 90th Anniversary Micro-Scale contest, this set was at the top of my list. Click here for the link to my entry. I included as many features of the original set as I could at this scale. The building opens on a hinge. Both figures, Majisto and a Dragon Knight, are present. There is a table (unpictured), treasure chest, skillet on the fire and a ladder upstairs. I used the original 53° 3x1x3 1/3 slope to get the angle right on the roof. I also submitted this to the Summer Joust’s 12x12 Vignette category. If you enjoyed this creation, check out TomSkippy’s Dragon Masters Micro layout featuring all the Dragon Master sets in micro scale. Dragon Masters Background I created a simplified version of the Dragon Masters background to use for this. You are free to use them in your creations too. .png 5200 x 3250 (6MB) .svg source

[MOC] - Black Falcon's Fortress - ReCrafted Edition

Excellent job! Great choice with the irregular base- the fact it can fold out is next level! I like the stone textures you've used, they keep the walls interesting enough without going crazy. Great job including machicolations! 0/10 - would not storm those walls- 28 replies

The woodwork is excellent. You've done a great job making it look a bit whimsical, which fits in with Tolkien's elves well. Having the elves' side a bit greener is a subtle and nice touch.

Great tutorial and awesome techniques! Thank you for sharing. The base greebling is the only part that looks sci-fi to me, the rest looks very fantasy.

It's wonderful! Great angle for the photography - the transition to the micro build in the background out of focus is very smooth. The fountain water is perfect.

Wow! Great setup for an adventure. It was fun seeing close up shots as you built the story and then to see everything together as a big MOC at the end (I was hoping that is what you did rather than a few vignettes!)

Great MOC and it looks great next to that castle!

Great job! The head of the boat is terrific.

Awesome MOC and great story. Having the images next to the narration was very helpful in following the characters. The size of the scene and variety of vegetation is impressive. -
Your MOC is as amazing as the torso figs. It has a great balance of detail and charm.

I almost voted for it. I really like the set and would be perfectly happy if it got picked. The fish are good too, but I probably wouldn't get them.

Great little vignette

Great job with the mechanism. I like the little details around the windmill best - like the sun flowers, steps and the crops at the edge of the MOC. It is great to see more Wither Woods builds! I think Kaliphlin's border may be moving north soon!

I love all the woodwork and the interior is fabulous.
