    Bad selection for me, as I only really collect the unthemed series. I do quite like 16 though even if it started the trend of three costumes a series... As I live in the States I never got any Team GB figures but I would have liked to; some of them were great and have no counterpart in the series’ like the archer, gymnast, and equestrian.

    Series 12 had many amazing figs and new archetypes, including the gamer and pizza delivery. Also had good fantasy figures, generally just a great series. I have a lot of nostalgia for Series 2 however as that’s only when I started collecting. I also like the Ninjago series quite a bit, but it’s not entirely what I want. So really 12 is the best option.

    Yes I agree! I look forward to reading these. And I also agree with the bottom, a lego bear with this printing would be great, but the closest thing is the bear from Npop girl in Ninjago series.

    Another great review @WhiteFang! I appreciate that you continue to do this and the little pictures with other figures are so nice and sometimes funny! I don’t think I’ve commented on a review before because I’ve only just got a eurobricks account. Series 19 is decent series and I’m glad to see the return to non-licensed for now. Thank you for the great documentation.

    I haven’t seen them yet. I didn’t even think Lego was still doing bios; although I remember when they had drop down menus for almost all series.

    Even though horror is one of my favorite themes, I wouldn’t vote for S14 because I don’t it was a single theme series, rather than variety. At least for me, there’s a spectrum of minifigures between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ and I try to vote more objectively.

    Really surprised 13 is in last place... I thought that was the most popular considering its historic and fantasy figures.

    I think that’s exactly what made series 15 so good is that we managed to get great figures and not too many lazy or boring ones. That series really had some standouts like the Winged Warrior, Laser Mech, Animal Control, Clumsy Guy, Satyr, and Tribal Woman.

    I’m really looking forward to getting the mummy queen! I’m glad she looks as good in person. How is the monkey king? @TeufelHund does this mean the head can work well for ghost and spooky minifigures?

    Series 3 was my favorite for a long time until Series 11. It set the bar high and expanded the idea of what the collectible minifigure series' are about. Series 10 was a little high on the city and historic figs and didn't really have much that stood out to me.

    Does anyone know if the chameleon when placed on studs can allow bricks on either side? Sometimes animals are 1.5 or 1.2 wide but this one looks smaller.

    That sounds right, none of the five tlm2 figures I got had the extra plastic (crayon suit, giraffe suit, watermelon suit, kitty pop, and golfing business)

    Series 5, even if an unpopular opinion. I didn’t get much out of the figures from series 4, and series 17 was a disappointment for my interests. They’re both good series, but in my eyes series 5 just brought better ideas.

    I just realized that not many of my ideas may appear on others’ lists, as the minifigures I want the most are unique and may never be made. Robert8 drawing the series would be absolutely amazing! Even if none of my figures appear in the dream series.

    Series 9 had many interesting and great figures. Even if it wasn’t the most amazing by any means it was certainly above average and didn’t have any bland figures. It also contains one of the few figures I’m missing: the roller derby girl

    @Roebuck what a great post, I read through it and was rather insightful to see rather than just by recall. Where are all the pirate figs? We could use a female pirate, or female swashbuckler, captain’s wife, or a pirate prisoner or other low ranked scoundrel. A castaway or pirate that comes with a bottle o rum would be fun as well

    The Monkey King is actually one of my favorites. It’s not perfect but very detailed and unexpected for a minifigure design. It doesn’t surprise me however that it’s not popular as it seems niche and many people won’t know where it comes from (Su Wukong legend)

    That image of the Bounty Hunter doesn’t look that bad. Im also happy the Mummy Queen is supposed to be more golden, the ‘yellow’ kind of creeped me out. I’ll still end up using the mummy head though.

    Having series 6 in the first may be why. It will be much more interesting for discussion if nobody can agree on the best series within a group of four.
