I never really enjoyed Superman films, but more so of Batman. Since it will be by Nolan and he never disappoints me, I'll definitely see it.

TDKR was a great movie IMO. I rate the trilogy as BB as first, TDKR as second, and TDK as third. I never really enjoyed Batman Begins the first time I saw it, but after watching TDKR, it made me appreciate it a lot more. A lot of people I know were hating on TDKR as it didn't have the joker in it. I was quite glad he wasn't in in. I thought Bane did an excellent job and his presence was just amazing. For example, he wouldn't even be in a room, and yet I still felt the fear that the people were feeling in the film. He did an awesome job playing the character. I do agree that the film did have some plot holes, but didn't really mind as I still loved it. Anne Hathaway was amazing as Catwomen. I loved her. I also noticed some easter eggs in the film. Commissioner Gordon refers to Killer Croc with asking about giant alligators in the sewers. Also, during the stock market scene, Bane is wearing a red motorcycle helmet, which refers to Red Hood. One that I didn't notice, but my friend did was during the stadium scene, where a fan has a poster with the Robin 'R'. Overall, the movie was great and I hope Nolan changes his mind and continues with more movies.

What was the last movie you watched?
The Blue Brick replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I just came back from watching the TDKR for the second time and The Watch. TDKR was even better as I saw it in IMAX. The Watch was good, but not the best. It was quite funny though. -

LEGO Star Wars 2013 Pictures and Rumors
The Blue Brick replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I actually don't really like the Rancor anymore with the more pictures popping up. I also kind of wish it was brick built now. -
I really love this. I think it's the classic feel of it with the fantastic interior, colors, and of course the facade. Good luck in the contest.

This is nice, with the colors you used, and the original design. Good luck i the contest.

I really like the dark red and blue together. The design is nice and simple, but looks great. Good luck in the contest.

Great entry, and all of those 'brick' bricks. The facade and interior both look awesome.

I was wondering if anyone had a scan of a Lego Magazine that included a page with the NHL hockey arena and stands. It had all kinds of minifigures in the background. Also, if my memory serves me correctly, the magazine had a page what I believe was a parade with all kinds of minifigures. I'm guessing the magazine was from 2003-05. I'm not entirely sure, but anything would be appreciated. Thanks.

Lego Magazine Scan of Hockey Arena.
The Blue Brick replied to The Blue Brick's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Thanks, and I found the scan. The funny thing is that there is kind of a small easter egg in the stands. If you look closely, you will see a Batman minifigure, which I always dreamed of TLG making into a real theme at the theme. The funny thing is that a few years later, it became a reality. I found the scan with this link. http://www.miniland.nl/LEGOclub/lego%20magazine%20lezen.htm He is on the right side of the stands and is sort of blocked by the word "Sports!". Once again thanks for the link. I always found that quite funny. -
I was wondering this too as my store had around 7 left, but didn't get them as they would take too much room in my opinion. But 29, is that with a normal cup, or one that you have been using for a while and have stretched out some.

This is fantastic. I love the snot use for the landscape. The design of the snowmobile and seals, especially the seals.

This is so awesome. I just found your Youtube channel just over a month or two ago, and your creations are just so creative. Your stop motions are also too funny. I really enjoy this creation as it almost modular, and you can interchange different sections to create different vehicles. PS: I supported in a heartbeat. -
Too funny and cute.

2012 LEGO Architecture News & Discussion
The Blue Brick replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I love it. The price was more than i was expecting, but would look quite great with the other models. -
If I were you, I would just send it back, get your refund, and then try again. I know I wouldn't want a damaged face on such an exclusive figure that I would have paid a small fortune for.

They look great. I wish I had the room to set up my trains. I would love to have at least ten of those tankers all together, just going around my dream lego room.

Which of the CMFs would you like to see developed into a theme?
The Blue Brick replied to David Thomsen's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I would really love any of the sports mini figures developed into a theme. I really missed that theme, especially the hockey arena, basketball courts, and soccer fields. I was so sad when the theme ended. -
This looks very cool. I think it might because of my love for micro building. You were still able to put so much detail in such a small scale.
-
These are all great suggestions. These are all wanting me to make my own before the actual set is released.

The ship looks great. I especially like the ordinary SP3 color way. I still wish that theme came back.
