Well, as the story goes, since Lions and Dragons are at war, it is not possible for the Dragons to be a part of the jousting tournament in honor of the Lions' king and lords. Also, a nice touch with the mystery Black knight on the tournament, like in stories of knights and ladies (since the Lions lord looks like a criminal to me...)

Well I Scream Clone for one told everyone that in the first picture there are 2 sets. Of course, all the other pics are of buildings that are half the buildings in the first pic... I must say, now I am a little disappointed by that trick, although a set looks great.

Hi, great job with this index, but I believe that above image is wrong if we are talking about year 1988 :( Also, the Lion Battle pack is missing, you have the dragon pack, but not the lion. Of course, with such a great job, this is a minor glitch :) Again, you did a great job with the whole topic. EDIT: I see that someone else noticed the battle pack missing. Sorry.

What strikes me odd about is that you will try to escape from the setting of carriage set, which has a tree and 2 dragon knights, to a setting of a mill raid, which has 3 dragon knights? One knight being an archer, no more no less... He would shoot the driver of the carriage on sight, leaving the king stranded...

Is Sponge Bob also a part of the underwater month? :)

I sadly have new dragon shield green and yellow overlapping :( Will take a picture of it soon. And of course I have those pink torsos of lion knights, just annoying.

wow, my dream room :) I must say, a great collection. But what do you do about the dust on the shelves? Though, I must notice... only one elf? I expect that an elven rampart should be built here, to complement all the great races.

I assume skeletons will be needed for this? Great work, especially the frog king :)

Great review, I must say it is a great set. Looking at your review I must say you were lucky: my soldiers were pink - printing problem with white on red torso. Also, although you wish you had a pearl gold bar, I have it, and I wish for chrome coins, these pearl gold coins look fake. I think my pink soldiers raided the inn to capture the pirates for distributing insultingly bad counterfeits in pearl gold coins. Also, I must say I did place the inn next to my MMV, although not as a inn, just a house (took down the printed flag), built the other missing wall, and it looks nice.

Truly great, guys. Sadly, the part where I laughed is in front of the black building, with 3 piggies, and a poor minifig that is about to get eaten. But the truck in the swamp, as I saw it, the red beer truck, truly cyber punk greatness. And also a nice design of the red car in front of a bar, the fabuland one. And of course such short time spent, just increases the fact how good it looked.

I always thought that LEGO would make generic sets with medieval houses, and even maybe something as a collectable house, a box of 200pcs, in which you do not know what house you will get, and there are like 5 models to get... I think that would sell like cookies...

Well, I am sure that in the Dark Ages there were more women than men, cause most men would go to war, and... well... probably since their first battle is the first time they carry a spear, and their last... guess they become a minority. So we need more history accuarte sets that will have more women in them. I do not have too many female figs, royal or peasant, so I always want more :) You can never have to many women around.

So when we reach 10 posts, we will be able to see our own profile? Cannot wait, and this is one of those 10 posts :)

Agree, just hope that the quality of those figs wouldn't be like the Dragon/Lion BP. Or in that case we would need to go mismatch everything but the printed torsos... But it would be cool if such a BP had female peasants... milk maids and such :)

Well, though the Blacksmith Attack is the cheapest set, I would like to have more MMV and MVR peasants, and pitchforks to make such an army. I do not believe that I will be buying more than 2 Blacksmith Attack sets, though I will be only buying max 1 Village Raid for sure, I will seek peasants as minifigs only, mostly off bricklink. And besides, buying more Blacksmith Attack sets may build up a peasant militia, but you will be getting also full plated Dragon knights, and against such an army, the fight won't last long. In my village, the peasants are oppressed, they know their place, and will not be making any uprising soon so I just need more peasants to work on farms, and styes.

Regarding my position in marketing, I am a brand manager for two cosmetics products, one in hair care, the other in hair styling, and since I am the youngest, by age, time at the company and position, I am an assistant to others, namely a brand manager for colorations.

If the rumor is true, I cannot wait for the joust set to come out. I also like the civilian themes, and for one am glad that they are not issuing another catapult, because they went too far. But on that note, the new advent city calendar has a catapult in it :) They just had to insert it somewhere, and if Castle won't take it, City will.

I love the waterfall, dropping to the ground, and the pond inside the walls. Also the arena is just fabulous. And what is that spell the cleric is casting? Seven eyes?
