    Marvel Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

Did somebody say dead venomised horse?
  2. Palpatine's robes look nice, but he really needs a white hair piece.
  3. Rex wears a phase II helmet with parts from a phase I helmet - most notably the visor part - welded on. So, yeah, I'm complaining because there's no good reason for it not to be consistent with the other current phase 1 minifigures.
  4. I'm disappointed (but not surprised) that Rex' visor doesn't match the one of the 2021-2022 phase 1 helmets.
  5. (Caution, spoilers!) I was really hoping for some official sets from the new movie. IMO this scene towards the end of the movie would have been the most suitable. 400 pieces including Helena, Indy, Archimedes, a Syracusan soldier, and a Roman soldier. Left: Archimedes' workshop. Middle: An armory. Right: A storage room. On top: Two of Archimedes' defensive devices. This is of course built from memory. I'll probably have to correct a lot of things when the movie becomes available on DVD...
  6. These are the outfits that are pictured in "Dressing a Galaxy":
  7. Palpatine had at least ten different outfits in the PT (and Padmé had more than 40). Some more variety would be really great.

    [MOC] Duel on Mustafar

366 pieces, including Rune Haako, Darth Vader, Padmé, and Obi-Wan. "No! Noooo!" "I have failed you, Anakin! I have failed you." "This is the end for you, my master." "You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness!"
  9. I present to you: Queen Amidala vs. Queen Apailana vs. Queen Jamillia: Ultimate Catfight
  10. In RotJ he had a gray suit and dark red gauntlets.

    Wizarding World 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

Doesn't look complete to me. The training grounds are clearly missing, and I don't think there's enough space for the Clocktower and its courtyard either.

    Marvel Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

That Green Goblin minifig is so disappointing...
  13. IMO the rebel personnel carrier would have been sufficient.
  14. Jedi starfighter sets should always include more minifigures than just one Jedi and one astromech. They could have included Darth Bane here, or a force priestess, or Sifo-Dyas...
  15. Yup... And the ground crew should NOT have the same helmet as the fleet trooper.
  16. Another sand blue Boba. ESB Bobas vs RotJ Bobas: 8:1. Another Vader with his inner robe underneath his shoulder armor. ESB/RotJ/RotS Vaders vs ANH/RO Vaders: 18:1. Sigh...

    [MOC] Otoh Gunga

"Ex-squeeze me, but da mosta safest place would be Gunga City. Tis where I grew up. Tis a hidden city!" What's inside the bubbles: Minifigure selection: Boss Nass, Rep Teers, Captain Tarpals, and another Gungan. 170 pieces.
  18. Mos Espa slave quarters & Bloodfin speeder (TPM) (221 pieces, including Darth Maul, Shmi Skywalker, and the unfinished C-3PO) Lars Homestead (AotC) (189 pieces, including Padmé and Cliegg Lars) Luke's Landspeeder (ANH) (103 pieces, including Luke and Wioslea)
  19. Coruscant veranda (183 pieces): Rian-327 airspeeder (205 pieces):
  20. 463 parts, including Paddy Accu, Padmé with two different dresses, and Anakin.

[MOC] Varykino Villa & Naboo Gondola Speeder

Well, there's just enough space for the minifigures. I love to compress buildings and locations like this while trying to keep the most essential characteristics. The gondola is minifigure scale, by the way.
  22. Luke and Leia are missing their ponchos in the Endor diorama set as well.
  23. The engine intakes are larger, the nose looks slightly more complex than before, and they at least tried to recreate the hexagonal shape... But it doesn't taper towards the front at all. I've seen a lot of MOCs that look better.
  24. That UCS Death Star on Instagram looks boring enough to be legit.
