Star Wars Lego Clearance Sale, 32 sets full figures
jawa posted a topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Hallo guys, I no longer have space in my house to accomodate my large amount of Star Wars Lego. I will see if anyone is interested in taking my whole collection, if not then I will sell it on ebay. what I have: 1 6211 Star Destroyer 1 6210 Jabba's Sail Barge 2 6208 B wing 2 7658 Y wing 3 7657 ATST 1 7656 Grievous Star Fighter 1 7250 Clone Scout Walker 1 TIE Fighter and 2 TIE Interceptor 4 6205 V wing 4 7111 Brown Vulture droid 1 6207 A wing 1 7252 Droid Trifighter wih Buzz Droid 2 7659 Imperial Landing Craft 1 Episode 3 Arc Starfighter 1 6209 Slave One 2 7655 Clone Battle pack 2 7654 Droid Battle pack Full figures and at least one instructions for every sets. The original cost of these sets are approx 675GBP. I am selling this lot fo 370GBP. shipping to Uk would be around 40-55GBP. You can always sell what you don't need on EBAY, I just can't bother with the hassle of breaking them up and selling individually. I think the 6211 and 6210 alone would fetch more than 100GBP on ebay already. private auction can be arranged on ebay, and payment wil be made by paypal pm me. -
Just got a very very good idea to make a few extra bucks from reading imperialshadows posts. First of all , find 5-10 cheap lego star wars figures (like, luke, 2-3 stormtroopers, han solo, 1-2 commander cody 4-5 droids etc etc ), next find 5-10 lego non-star wars lego figure. Place them together (to maximise effect, mix them up abit), then you will have a pack of 20 or so figures. Take a picture and transfer it to your computer. Next , set up an auction on ebay, title it

I think I know what you are talking about. but are you sure this seller is from "TAIWAN"? I thought he is from somewhere else. Anyway, i bidded on 6 of his items, but did not pay for like 3 weeks. I didn't pay because I was quite suspicious, he was selling like 20 auctions a day however after 2 weeks he has only a small number of feedbacks (plus none of those feedbacks are auctions of 10-20 figures, only feedback of single figure auctions). anyway I didn't pay and then 3 weeks later all his listings got pulled out and ebay sent me a letter saying beware of this seller and do not conduct business with him outside ebay. I can not just pretend I did not read this post. I am sorry, but, I do not believe a word you are saying. unless you can provide some kind of link i do not think anyone here is able to accept this tale of a man buying a transformers collection for $50,000USD (25,000GBP).

yes, it is possible how exactly do you define a good number?

superpabz. you can give it a go. I mean, it is not me who is going to pay the expensive custom. you may get away with it once, even twice, maybe a thrid time..... but everytime when you place your order..... just think.......... "is it this time, is this the time when I get caught by theUK custom duty department and get charged a high tax?" take care.

From your experience with custom tax I guess you do know what you are talking about. *y* we appreciate your help. buy our own government is really tight about import, and believe me, they are tough too. if you want some advice , I have got the only piece of information you want. I will tell you my story: Ionce ordered 3 boxes of lego from UK, the batwing, the y wing and the x wing. the total cost was 93GBP (70GBP + 23GBP shipping) a week later after I have paid I received a royal mail card stating I have a parcel and could only get it if I paid an additional 37GBP for custom duty tax! *sing* *sing* *sing* I feel so bitter and frustrated and since then, I never buy from the US (or any other country again). my advice, just wait for the UK sale, the import tax will make you bleed (literally).
