You are kidding right? Diagon Alley is just as iconic as Hogwarts, and bearing in mind the Lego buildings like the palace cinema are like $200 each, so $600 for a VERY iconic “street” as you put it, is not expensive at all

Yeah, especially in the first 2 with Ollivander’s and Gringotts for year 1 and the book shop with Lockhart for year 2

True that, I won’t get the HP ones because the characters in them don’t look as good imo, but I’m definitely getting the FB ones because they’re unique variations that I doubt we’ll get from sets Do you reckon that the Dimensions packs are worth getting without actually having Dimensions to play them on?

what are you on about? Mrs Norris isn't a figure, she's at best an accessory for a figure, Mrs Norris would only come with Filch, they wouldn't put her in a CMF on her own, Buzz and Woody are 2 FIGURES so that is like the worst comparison I have ever heard, it'd be better to say they'd never do Hagrid without Fang, no we haven't got Fang, but we certainly won't get him in a CMF on his own, even that's not a great comparison because Fang you could get with Harry or Ron from Year 2, but Mrs Norris is only ever with Filch, like @deskp said we could get the brown clothed Filch I sure hope so, get Newt and Tina without Queenie and Jacob is like getting Harry without Ron and Hermione

no chance, unless there's one we're missing, if we don't get Queenie and Jacob then that is one hell of a let down of a set, I mean we get 1 with Seraphina and Grindelwald, but we don't get Jacob and Queenie? I don't see that happening

Looks like you get 4 Wands with the Grindelwald Escapes set, not sure if you get extra with the bigger sets

Brown version? I always thought Filch was white ?, but in all seriousness, what do you mean brown version from movie 1 and 2? I thought the Filch we’re getting is based on 1&2, I reckon it could be a trench coat design print for him because he tends to wear that a lot

As much as I hate to admit it because yanoe dogs are much better than cats imo, we are less likely to get Fang that Mrs Norris, but at the same time, we haven’t had confirmation that Fang isn’t in the Aragog set, so there’s still a possibility that we’ll get Fang, but Mrs Norris seems to not be included at all unfortunately, I’d say Fang is less important to the story but more important to Harry and Ron because as much of a “bloody coward” he is in Hagrid’s own words, he gives Harry and Ron the courage they need, at least in the book he does, I cannot for the life of me remember if he’s with them in the film, not seen it in a few months

She’s a very important part, but if she was in a CMF then she’d be with Filch which would mean 2 Filch’s but what variant could we get? I see it being more likely that we don’t get her unfortunately

I’d love for a Hogwarts with the level of detail of Tower of Orthanc, what if the smaller sets (including those next wave, they might be this far in advance) create a circular set and the D2C is a centre piece that fits in the middle, looking at the Hogwarts Castle set piece at the London Studio Tour that would be fairly easy to do

That’s true, if it is all parts that connect together it’ll end up being a nearly $800 set if the D2C is $600 and then the 2 sets coming in August are $99.99 and $69.99

Filming wrapped end of last year, critics and early film viewers tend to get to see the first draft of the film a few months before it comes out, I know a few people (not personally) that got to see the 2nd Sherlock Holmes quite a few months early for purposes of reviews, there are critic reviews for the film, you just have to find them, it’s not particularly hard

You can literally go and read the reviews for yourself ?, fan reviews were very high for the first film, and the critic reviews are looking very good

LOTR was never going to sell well, you could tell by the fact that the sets came too late for their to be any type of hype, Harry Potter is always popular whether it being with kids now adults or current kids, this theme is going to go on for a while, it is obvious for a FACT that we are going to get the important figures, all of the mentioned figures were important figures The fact that they are being released at the same time as the Fantastic Beasts films (the first was loved by fans and the 2nd is getting amazing reviews from critics) means it’s not really an assumption because this theme is easily going to become like Star Wars and you’ve seen all the important figures for Star Wars released, it’s not hard to see that we’re going to get them all

Woo, more info, I think we knew about the Knight Bus because it’s set no. became the Hogwarts Express, but aside from that new D2C info is always great, and confirmation of the Aragog set is great ?
