That makes sense, I think if Ahsoka comes in the aat, it is also likely to come with a ahsoka 501st trooper, otherwise I don’t see any other way to get that figure, and that could mean the set is the same kind of figs as the corporate alliance tank droid, a main named character (jango Fett/ahsoka), a clone (phase 1/501st) and a droid (geonosis/plain or super)

I think that’s highly unlikely, the most interesting thing about the chamber is the basilisk so I don’t think they would just do the chamber with a skeleton, I think they will probably do a cos in 2022 or past that, after all the films have been covered once, I hope they go back through the films and do the sets again, and I think that is more likely than the deathly hallows chamber

It’s confirmed to have 4 clones, but has it been confirmed what phase it is? Is it definitely phase 2?

I am not aswell versed in StarWars lego as most people in here so if I get something wrong, I’m sorry. From what I can tell there have been a few sets with barc speeders, one a battlepack, one with a large cannon and one with a side car and droid speeder. The one with sidecar is only 200 pieces so if the new one does in fact come with an at rt then I think it would have to be one around the size of the 501st one (a bit smaller) but if the barc speeder has a side car or something similar like an extra piece of scenery involved, like a gun turret (like the phase 2 clone battle pack) or a small command centre (Like the droideka battle pack) then the at rt could be more minifig scaled, closer to battle pack scale, and going by the size and idea of the set (as well as the price) I think it would be reasonable to assume 6-8 figures (if it is in fact similar to two battle packs combined) with maybe 3 clones 5 droids, or 4 clones (one being a captain) 4 droids ( two battle, two super battle)

Offence was taken from that, you have clearly misread my comment, I’m saying I don’t want a black hermione figure because it would cause inconsistencies in the lego sets, not the universe as a whole. And also hermione is very obviously white in the books, have you ever heard of a black person with a name like hermione jean granger? And black peoples faces don’t pale when they get shocked, as well as the fact that if a black person got a tan you wouldn’t make it a specific note to call them brown. So I’m not racist, I just don’t like people changing things just for the sake of inclusion. the Tom riddle figure is amazing, so much better than the 2001/2 (not entirely sure) version who was basically indistinguishable from Harry as a glance. I’m assuming that the figure will be in a chamber of secrets set in the future but as a slight variant, maybe blood on his robes or a different face print, like how in one of the StarWars books palpatine was included and he was in a set with the same prints but on a different colour head

If they brought out cursed child sets or figures they would not sell well, for the reasons stated, and I would hate a black hermione. I have no problems with a black character but hermione is just wrong and I think it would confuse children (I don’t know why they made her black, stupid inconsistencies) however fantastic beast figures would be amazing, if there are 22 instead of 16 then it’s not like we are missing out on Harry Potter things by getting fb things they are just extra

I’ve just looked back at my camera roll and the first factory leak last year was Fleurs dress torso piece and that was February 22nd so they could start any time now

I know this is probably a weird question to ask but I don’t think it’s ever been spoken about, does anyone know what is happening with box art for the hp sets, are they sticking with the blue box or will they change it like the old hp sets, I know the first two (maybe three) waves of hp lego had the brown box and then it changed for each wave after that until the 2010/2011 waves both had red box, does anyone know if they are just sticking with blue box or will they ever change it?

If these were to be released do you think they would have deprecate instructions for how to rebuild them with the lights? Assuming the lights are piece replacements

The old sets (2001-2002) could all join together but they still had the pieces to go under them, just because a set is made that can go under a set doesn’t mean it has to be, as long as they did bring out small sets that could go under each of the castle pieces (potions rooms, all of the challenges from ps, chamber of secrets, slytherin common room, in general other classrooms, troll... in the dungeons) they could do cos under the great hall, the tasks under the clock tower, the potions classroom under the womping willow, the slytherin common room for under the astronomy tower, room of requirements in the form of the hiding things room under the next part. Not many people have the space to actually display the current sets( with future ones) together using the set arrangement so I don’t think it would make much difference to add some bits under some of the castle pieces, they could even release future sets like the 2011 two towers and bridge set with rocks at the bottom anyway.

I hope they don’t do another motorised one because I’ve just bough two of 10132 ;)

The sanctum was 2 buildings so they could have 1 building at the back (12) and then half of 11 and half of 13 (wouldn’t have to be filled or have any interior) that is on a technic rail that can just slide to the side

I know I’m very very late to this but I’ve had many displays over the years with the Harry Potter sets but I think they only look good if they fit in with were they are, putting the knight bus with hogwarts just seems weird to me (even though the bus takes them to hogwarts in book 5/6 (I’m not sure)) . This is my display of the majority of hogwarts (I didn’t have the clock tower when I posted this)

I kind of agree with you but I do t think anyone is “unhappy” with them, I have every set so far (all of them not just the new waves) and I’m ecstatic they are being new sets out but would prefer it if the had of included more new thing in the first wave

To get something different, it’s boring getting castle after castle after castle, something like this is good, if it sells well we will get more and the theme will continue longer, if it doesn’t then we won’t get more creatures and you have nothing to worry about, also I would argue that the first wave was probably the worst if this wave lives up to my expectations

Completely true, in Lego hufflepuff is the most under represented

I’m not sure if the green house will be a good thing or not.... it would have to be quite big to contain any real quality and as it’s in a large set I can’t get duplicates easily, I was lucky to get 2 of the order of the Phoenix castles so I already have two green house so I don’t really need more but if the new one has good minifigs I will be happy Must just be in the books they go to the ravenclaw common room then

I agree about twins not being the best idea for a cmf, but including them with vastly different accessories and maybe even different torsos, one in www suit and one in quidditch World Cup attire might be a good idea, because then one could buy two of each if they wanted then both in the same attire

If the Hedwig rumour is true as the d2c then following the link between d2c and miniature (micro scale castle, micro scale diagon alley) we could get the Hedwig and some other small creature, like a bowtruckle or Cornish pixie
