We don't have a strict policy about visual appearance because it is too subjective. The main goal is to have fun, not to make a best looking model altogether.
  2. But it's not that hard to build a good performing offroader using small wheels. And speaking about the topic. I think the main flaw of the set is price tag. Nothing more, nothing less. Couple of mods definetely can make it drive way better.

    [MOC] Azure V8 Racer

I think Metallic Green could be a great color for this.

    [MOC] Azure V8 Racer

Completely remade the front part. I think it looks way better.

Small detail. Firing order of the engine is the same as in LS engine.

It's not McLaren Senna, so the differential is definitely there.

    [MOC] 9398 Pickup Truck

No. Most of the chassis and the part of the body are made of additional parts. A don't think so. There are no clever tricks involved. I guess it's possible to build this model just by referencing to the photos above.
  9. Quick and simple project made out of curiosity. 9398 set but more down to the earth pickup truck. Functions: Independent suspension HOG steering Removable body (just like in the original) Opening doors Collecting dust on the shelf

    [MOC] 9398 Pickup Truck

I reuploaded the photos. Should be fine now.
  11. I'm using 3 88012 hubs. FW: 1.1.0.0 HW: 0.8.0.0 FW: 1.1.0.0 HW: 0.8.0.0 FW: 1.1.0.0 HW: 0.7.0.0 The jitter can be seen on all of them.
  12. Tried BC2 version 2.7 and still can't use Control+ servos since version 2.3. I'm getting strange jitter when trying to use analog stick with the Control+ motors in servo mode. It works perfect on older version.
  13. Made a PF version of the set with BuWizz and Buggy Motor.
  14. Pretty fast and light (~600g) model inspired by the retro RC buggies of the 80's. It is powered by two L-Motors and BuWizz. Free instructions on Rebrickable
  15. When I got the wheels from the Jeep Wrangler set I immediately came up with an idea to build an 8x8 truck using them. I made the truck as small as I can and managed to squeeze in some kind of suspension. The model is powered by BuWizz and 2 L motors. M motor is used for steering.

    I'll record the video asap.
  18. Look what I found. In the instruction book you can spot WIP version of the chassis. The mount points of the shock absorbers are different (just like in @kbalage's video). And we can speculate that the initial model was lower to the ground.

    [MOC] [Control+] Porsche 911

Here's one more photo from the Technic Track Racing event with more cars from other creators :D
  20. 42109 set inspired me to create something more interesting. And I ended up building Porsche 911 using Powered Up elements from the set. It is fully compatible with Control+ app. Final drive ratio is 3:1.
