  1. The next dragon is the two-headed Hideous Zippleback. The one head head breathes gas, while the other one lights it, resulting in a fiery explosion! Instead of posting all the new dragons I've made from "How to train your Dragon" into one big topic, I've going to post them individually.

The dragons eyes were made from minifig sideburns - http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=3626bpx90

The dragon is a remake of my previous model, which was built back in 2010.

  2. Hiccup and his best buddy, Toothless, from How to Train your Dragon 2, are high above the clouds in search of new adventures, as they map down the undiscovered "brick" world.

This is my 6th version build of Toothless so far.

Anyway, has it been almost four years since I've posted anything to this site? Jeez, that will have to change. I've made quite a lot since then, although I don't build much as I used to.

Since my work in the past has been popular, I took the time and effort to make instructions to Toothless, for those who are interested.

However, I've never made my instructions public before, so some parts could be hard to read.

The instructions link to Brickshelf and Imgur .

  3. I'm not sure why, but it seems I've never added this Moc to Eurobricks yet, and seeing how it's Scifi Month I couldn't miss out :)

In the next hundred years the world you once knew has become a desolate wasteland, contaminated from hazardous radiation from wars long forgotten.

In between Heaven and Hell the surviving members of Mankind have built up a new world for themselves, building literally over the old one through the advances of technology.

But what was the cost for their survival? Full story on Mocpages - http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/344363

This Moc was inspired by Orwellian fiction and several Twilight Zone episodes.

  4. The War between the Rat and Cat colonies continue to escalade, even into space.

Rat ships are almost impossible to navigate through and were designed specifically to be like a Maze in order to confuse and trap invading hostiles.

Also not all of Rat ships are made of cheese..

Here a group of MAD CATs have boarded the Rat-infested ship, and have begun to exterminate the vermin in search for it's control room.

Two Cat mechs have become stranded from their initial attack force, and have lost their way in the ship's labyrinth. With no exit in sight, the cats find nothing but more rodents who quickly try to overpower them. However when a kitty is cornered it isn't so snuggly...

  5. Now this does look serene! I like how you positioned the minifig half way down the falls. His swords are a nice touch too. The Faerie Forest sounds like it's going to be really something.

  6. SoT answered this in the Avalonia thread

Good question! It can be outside as long as it doesn't constitute a big MOC on its own. A few studs worth is OK, but nothing more than that, or otherwise one could create an entire valley, or mountainous panorama. This is meant to be something more akin to background, not intense micro-scale MOCing.

This micro requirement might be difficult for me. My Moc is going to be a little large so could I just add some clouds in the distance, or does it have to be landscape?

  7. Two things.

Please resize your pictures. Even though they aren't very far over the size limit, it still violates the guidelines.

Also, according o EB policy, please reformat your post to be a presentation of this as a MOC rather than a Cuusoo project. You may, of course, include a link to the project but the emphasis must be on the MOC rahter than a plea for support.

Please do those two things. Thank you.

Crap, I didn't think of that. I'm adding the re-sized images on Brickshelf now. It'll be a while before they're moderated. Sorry about that.

  8. So this is my first official set for Cuusoo which is a recreation of the life sized model of Maleficent which is displayed next to Disneyland's Lego store in Orlando, Florida.

Cuusoo is a Lego site that needs 10,000 supporters on a project to possibly get it approved to become an official Lego set (which sounds impossible I know).

Here Prince Philip battles against Maleficent as seen from the Disney film "Sleeping Beauty".

Please help support this so it can become an official set! - Cuusoo

  9. I compared the Hideous Zipplebacks and I have to say they look pretty darned identical. Perhaps not much conceleation, but your version looks much better.

I had thing thing happen to me too once, and then I asked the person to take the models down. Have you done that?

I have asked him to take it down, but he claims that by altering the model it makes it his.

  10. Hey all, I've found a LDD model that is both striking and familiar to my creations. Someone by the name of TVJUNK85 has been making almost exact replica's of my dragons from HTTYD, and has made several videos on Youtube showing them off.

Even though he does give me credit, I did not know of his existence until some kid accusted me of stealing "his" designs.. I've seen stuff plagiarised before, but not like this. But what's best of all is that he's selling the copied designs off of his site - http://natezillaproductions.webs.com/apps/webstore/products/category/630773, and if that's not plagiarism I don't know what is.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYwZwFexNe0&feature=plcp

I know this is probably not the best place to report this, but I thought I'd like to bring it to your attention and what to do about it.

  11. After a while I've finally decided to join the Mitgardia Guild.

My sigfig is called Jaeric, a renown Ranger who ventures throughout the farthest regions and borders of Mitgardia,

where he roams the layout of the land and documents it's wildlife.

Jaeric is not just a warrior but also a beast tamer, so as you can guess he tracks down creatures such as dragons.

Instead of slaying them (most of the time) Jaeric would try to capture these creatures in hopes to train them for Mitgardia's military.

    mitgardiasigfig1.jpg

Is there still time for me to compete in the third challenge?

  12. Tall, dangerous, and lethal. The great Lethanger stands atop of a rocky summit as the fire consumes around him.

Here the dragon challenges anyone who would dare oppose him.

So yeah, I haven't been on Eurobricks in a while. With 2012 being the year of the dragon I'm going to be building mostly just that, and I hope to share more of my on this site.

Plus I'll be joining in one of the guilds of Historica shortly.

    Thanks for your time!

  13. With 2012 being the year of the dragon, I've got alot of work to do..

In dead world diorama, a vicious monster called the Venoxious Toxicrill scours the land consuming any life it finds.

    6682624329_a38dc2d38d.jpg

This dragon spits out a nastly burning fluid that is like fire, but can turn humans into a puddles of jam.

    6682624259_af14b44845.jpg

What is most noted about this creature is the stinger at the end of it's tail.

The stinger has lethal toxins that can immobolize it's prey, and eventually kills.

They use this weapon to take out predators larger than itself.

    6682623473_2f507bbd0a.jpg

The Toxicrill is also somewhat inspired from of the Skrill from httyd.

Thanks for viewing! More dragons to come.
