The figure itself looks weird, even ignoring the monkey king theming. Edit: I imagine there is good chance the the monkey kid could have powers that allow him to turn into a monkey, ala akita from Ninjago, so we might be seeing the "kid" version here while we'll see a "monkey" version later on -
I would love to see how Ninjago-Bionicle hybrid would look, or maybe something like the old knights kingdoms set

I know they're placeholder names but thunder raider, storm fighter, golden mech? It's too similar to Ninjago -
They look very medieval, not what I expected but I like it. The black skeletons are almost identical to the legacy skeletons but with green face printing.

I've compiled all the reviews I could find for the upcoming sets in one playlist, should be easier to have them all in one place. I've also done this for Ninjago and Star Wars and will try to do more when I've got more time -

I like the overall build, especially the back. I wish you could put multiple minifigures in it, but it's not really an issue, especially for a $20 set. Minifigures are what they are, prints are good, helmets are not. -
The Oni Titan is atrocious, possibly the worst Ninjago set ever. Docks on the other hand looks great, 3500+ pieces (Anyone know the official piece count) isn't too bad for it.

So I just saw a video of season 9 brickheadz mocs which used seemingly official images of some of the ninja, but I'm not sure if they're actually official. They're from the same guy who leaked Infinity War, Ninjago Movie, and Season 8, but if he had official images I don't see why he wouldn't release them.

I've heard that Nexo Knights is set to be clearanced soon at Walmarts to make room for JW sets and other new releases, is this true? It would make sense given Nexo Knight's current state but it seems like a much shorter shelf life than it should have. -

Can we all agree that the 3 waves is more than enough and that lego has done a fantastic job with the vast majority of the line and a 4th wave would honestly be a little redundant. -

That;s very interesting, I would've liked to see how that part would have been used in constraction sets. -
Kai's new dragon looks great, Jay's new dragon is meh, these pictures are still prelim (as evidenced by the lack of printing on some figures) so I can't fully judge. Although I wish they would've continue the brick built/molded head hybrid.
