You know, we set the precedent in the first one to use the flesh colored figures. That really put me in a pickle for this trilogy, as there are huge gaping holes of characters in LEGO's product line-up, especially new flesh colored characters. But even I complained to them about the lack of any good Padme figures, much less a formal "Queen Amidalla" -just ridiculous I thought! Still, I thought I winged 'em pretty good! ;)

So somebody else convinced me that this was THE forum for LEGO lovers worldwide, and I finally joined today. This is my first post! Anyways, I am the builder and animator behind these shorts. I am so happy that everyone has enjoyed these, and of course respect the opinions of those that have criticisms! I really tried to create original yet accurate sets and a convincing sense of depth. I slaved on this one alone in my garage for five months to get it done! LEGO gave me the script, approved my storyboards and rough set pics, and added sound and cgi fx after my raw animation. It's been an honor to create these -official- "Star Wars in LEGO" animations! Hopefully we also made a tragedy (plotwise) a little more light-hearted and fun.
