Congratulations! Very cool catch. I rebricked it some years ago based on what was available back then. Still not sure if it is correct. Will you open and build it? Then of course more detail pictures / instructions etc. would be highly appreciated.

This is so cool! I grew up with those movies and still love them. Your build has so much detail and perfectly recreates the scene with many iconic characters. I can here the bottles clicking. Thank you for sharing.

Town hall is definitely something that’s still missing considering there won‘t be a church. Waiting for it for years. I would not like a police station. That doesn‘t fit the cosy, tacky atmosphere in the winter village for me. Would be like a hospital. Fire station was just on the edge. There as well could be a book shop, a barber, a theatre, sawmill, a mine, another cottage ...

I rebricked the Green Grocer while using normal 1x2 bricks instead of the grooved ones. Still looks pretty good. If the grooved ones will be rereleased in the future I can still replace them. The 1x3 and 1x8 bricks I replaced by simply combining the easily available 1x1, 1x2, 1x6 and 1x4 in an appropriate way, what does not have an influence on the look. I am quite happy with the result.

Hello to all, my name is Dennis, I am from Germany. I restarted doing Lego only a couple of years ago in my early forties. My preferences are collecting and building Ideas sets, Winter Village, rebricking rare sets like Inside tour or employee gift sets and MOCs of other AFOLs that are appealing to me. Recently I did the Modular Construction Site. I really like and appreciate the work of the AFOL communities. While having followed this great forum for a while I decided to join now.

I am struggling a bit to rebrick this set. I used the part list according to bricklink and the fuzzy picture that seems to be the only one available. Is there anybody out there that can confirm or correct the bricklink inventory or can provide better pictures or even instructions (asking for Christmas in August). Any help is highly appreciated.
