  1. Considering this is starting to become a big discussion point, I figure I should pop in... I've noted that 4.3.12 for Windows is just 4.3.11, as it states in the "About" section of the application itself and looking in the application's properties. So right now, I'm rather disappointed and am considering making the move to Stud.io as that seems to be the better option for digital building at this stage. I did end up getting a response which effectively said to allow LDD through the firewall, though that did absolutely nothing to solve the issue of connecting to the internet.
  2. Having only found out that 4.3.12 was available to download, to find that it couldn't access the internet (when I had a perfectly fine connection) and said in "About" it was Version 4.3.11, I was pretty disappointed about that. On the other hand, I did contact Lego about this and am currently waiting for a response myself, while I went back to 4.3.11 after keeping a Compressed Folder I downloaded back in June. It seems as though it may only be resolving the issue which didn't allow Windows users to install LDD using Version 1809, as I had no troubles installing this update...

    LDD 4.3.11 Update Discussion

Extended Mode is a part of LDD when you install it. You have access to every piece and you are able to use them in any available colour and can decorate parts however you want.

    LDD 4.3.11 Update Discussion

I mentioned the same thing, but nothing has changed. I have contacted LEGO about this and am yet to hear a reply from them. I guess we can only use what parts are 'finished' at this stage...

    LDD 4.3.11 Update Discussion

After checking if this was back up on the official site, which it was, I downloaded it again only to find the same issues. I don't know what's going on, but it's not exactly all that fun knowing we're getting the same thing again. Though this was only a quick look, so it could be possible that some parts may have been fixed. But I kinda doubt it...

Here's the link to a topic about rendering with Bluerender, which comes with instructions to follow if using on a Mac:

    LDD 4.3.11 Update Discussion

Having read through here and seen the discussion about bugs with some parts, I came across one myself after downloading the update. I took note that part 30838 won't connect to any axle or wheel like the other four of the same size. And with everything else going on, I would assume that this is still being worked on and finalised. Still, I can live with 4.3.10 until this new update is all fixed up and ready to go.
