It was tough, but in the end I voted for Sinner and zz-80. Sinner's vig is hilarious and the minifigures have been positioned well, and zz-80's is very detailed and it has a nice atmosphere *y* Good luck everyone!

a brilliant treehouse, hinkley *wub* I love the fact that the structures are made up of pieces of trains, ships and other buildings- it gives it a nice look as if it was made rather quickly by say, a walrus and a man obsessed with whacking :-D It's a very fun-looking place, with ropes and that beautiful tire swing, and the table on the deck of the ship. That combined with the lovely garden and pond, and it's the perfect treehouse for some whacking action. Once again, a brilliant MOC, and I look forward to your next comic *wub* Err.. you're not using that ice cube tray as a toilet are you? 8-| :-D

I don't really see what's wrong with a tie, anyway 8-|

SirNadroj: A great entry, funny that the soldiers sleep with nothing but their hats on :-P I love your style of building, and I especially love the bricks phred: A beautiful ship *wub* I havn't seen The Others, so I don't really know what happened, but it's good anyway *y* dragonator: A very nice scene. Looks like that poor soldier is in a bit of trouble *skull* pig: A well done miniscale MOC. Good considering you have no pirate parts. xwingyoda: Very good. I like how you used the smooth tiles for the water, and like the dock and the drunken sailor :-D I really need to get some of those goblets *wub* Cap'n SlyOwl: A beautiful style you used there. I love the little details in it too - from the buried native to the plume used as spilled wine. ZeekyBoogeyDoog: A very nice merchant ship, and some good ol' double impalement action >:-) I especially love the minifigures *wub* oo7: A very spooky MOC indeed. It has an eiree atmosphere with the dead trees and the lighting. Very well made too. Tanotrooper: Very funny idea, and your conquistadors are very nice aswell. Those pirates sure give me the creeps :-X In the end, voted for Cap'n SlyOwl in the best built, and oo7 in the scariest and best overrall (although I didn't have the time to read the story :-$ ) Why can't everyone just get along, regardless of their colour? :-D

Okay, here's mine: A group of corsairs have been terrorising the seas for too long, and France (or 'the Blue Empire' :-D ) has sent a large galleon to put an end to their days of piracy. The corsairs see this ship approaching them and starts firing at it. The corsairs are outgunned, however, and soon their ship is badly damaged. The remaining pirates evacuate the ship and hop onto small boats. One such boat contains some of the finest fighters the Barbary Coast has to offer, and it escapes into a small cave on the coast. One of the Imperial's own boats pursues them, and both crews soon realise they have made a mistake entering this dark place. From out of the gloomy fog come the skeleton pirates, who have long haunted this place, and begin to attack the unlucky crews. The corsairs (most of them at least) bravely defend themselves against these pirates of death. (There's me in the turban X-D ) The Imperial captain hasn't noticed this threat yet, but his soldiers certainly have ("Skeleton behind me? What skeleton behind me?" :-D ) Here's the whole cast - take a bow everyone! *sweet*

All of the entries so far are great *wub* I'll have a tough time voting |-/ I've just finished mine, all I need to do now is take the photos.

They're both great entries, but in the end I voted for MOC 2. It has a cleaner feeling, and a nice combination of colours. I'm loving the building, and the ship's brilliant too *wub* As I said before, MOC 1 was great too, and uses some nice techniques, but I can only vote for one :-$

Well, here's mine: Sick and tired of skeleton invasions? Then Why not hire the mafia? :-D The mafia catch a skeleton and tie cement blocks to his feet, ready to throw him off the bridge... "Tell Uncle Paulie.. dat dat skeleton.. will be sleepin' widda fishes tonight..." Under the river lies the other victims of the mob.. Overlap, you say? You didn't see nutin' okay? Nutin'! >:-( On the other hand, you could just tell the skellie that you don't like it and you'd like him to stop it.. :-$ :-D :-D :-D

This is my first proper MOC. I know it isn't that good, but I find it quite entertaining :-D Three ninja sneak up a tower, intent on stealing a skilled ronin's valuable treasure, which was passed from generation to generation. The ronin is not goning to stand by and let them take it though- hence, the ronin rumble begins >:-) I'm still having problems with brickshelf, so I've used imageshack again |-/ Anyway, here it is: A view of the whole thing Two of the ninja get a nasty surprise - in the form of an angry samurai with a katana 8-

Brilliant. I love it. It's like a western equivalent of cafe corner *wub* I like the washing line and the interior of the buildings, as well as the exteriors. As Mr Phes said, you've really captured the look of a Mexican town. Nice use of one of the new dwarf beards, too *sweet* Very Nice *wub*

That would be good, as long as the women aren't trolls, dwarves or skeletons :-X "It's true you don't see many dwarf women. In fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for dwarf men!" X-D Spending-lots-of-money-on-the-castle-line ON!

Thanks, everyone *wub* Thanks *sweet* I've seen Naruto a couple of times, but I'm not a fan. Well, two of them have already been impaled :-X so the last one may have some trouble on his hands :-D Yeah, I thought it was ninja, but then someone else told me it was ninjas 8-| Yes, ronin were basically wandering samurai with no allegiance to a shogun or without a master.

I've got: 2 Crossbow Attacks 1 Final Joust 1 Catapult Defense 2 Skeleton Prisoner Carriages 1 Skeleton Tower 1 Skeleton Ship Attack I'll probably end up getting 2 more crossbow attacks, 1 more catapult defense, 1 more prisoner carriage and of course the castle :-) I'll also be getting at least one of each of the 2008 sets *sweet*

This set is better than I expected *wub* It's cool that the dwarf shields are in the same style as the crown shields, to identify that they're allies. The hammers, beards, helmets and carriages are wonderful in this set. But no one's mentioned the new orc (or troll :-| ) torsos. They look pretty good from what I can see, but that isn't much. Looks like it has a lot of playabilty. A catapult, a wheel (forgot what those are called) and a slide thing where the nuggets can go into the carriages *wub* I'm definately getting this set, although I don't think there's a target store where I live 8-|

I voted for Sinner in the whacking section- who knew those classic spacemen were so ruthless? :-D As for the spoofs, I went for hinckley. That jelly is getting whacked in more ways than one. Fahgeddaboutit. X-D
