As in "different-enough-that-they-are-different" that type. I thought that would be obvious, personally. jifel

this thread should maybe be merged with this one, as they are more or less the same thing (in my opinion.) My room would never survive such a thing, I would not be able to get any legos I am not using out. jifel

I dont feel like checking all of that, but the general idea is sound. I fully agree about toilet rooms scattered throughout the ship. Crew barracks should be the same, replacing weapon racks with backpacks of equipment, or deleting that and making a seperate room for crew supplies. I would make 10 toilet rooms scattered around, plus three eating halls, and several cofee machines in the main bridge. This will possibly be the most impressive thing I have ever seen if it works out. Also, I would have 10 spartans, with half a regular barrack, but extra room for armour racks. jifel

Where did you find this? This might go in History and Adventure, but this hints alot towards a new medeival theme (IF its official lego art). Nice Find! jifel

Your math is fine, but 1 toilet per 10 marines could get messy. Also, I was just thinking of the republic cruiser, and details on the barracks: -I would use red lights from the ceiling in the barracks, as I know in US subs they use them, as some soldiers will be sleeping shifts while others may be reading, and red light can be used for both somehow. No idea how that works, but it does. jifel

It's Hull, as if it mattered. Also, how do you intend to build the interior, I dont know if there is enough reference. For barracks and etc. you will probably have to do what seems most logical. jifel

Oh, sorry. You get the idea, though. Do you have any pics of the ships skeleton so far? jifel

Shadow Trooper Keychain 1 cent with $75 order
jifel replied to daxflame680's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thats fine! Thanks for the news, that is very interesting! jifel -
I have to say the middle section... By which you mean this right? If so, It will probably be a good starting point. Also, a hexagonagal prism, with a regtangular bridge on top, would be perfect for the middle, but it wont be easy. jifel

Hope your Cat gets better, now get to work!! Seriously, every piece and second counts, and I am glad that you have started. Plates on bricklink shouldnt be expensive, so O would build the frames then cover them with dark bley plates. this piece could be used. jifel

(the below were taken from here.) If you have five dollars and Chuck Norris has five dollars, Chuck Norris has more money than you. There is no 'ctrl' button on Chuck Norris's computer. Chuck Norris is always in control. Apple pays Chuck Norris 99 cents every time he listens to a song. Chuck Norris can sneeze with his eyes open. Chuck Norris can eat just one Lay's potato chip. Chuck Norris is suing Myspace for taking the name of what he calls everything around you. Chuck Norris destroyed the periodic table, because he only recognizes the element of surprise. Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one bird. Chuck Norris wants me to have a kick-megablocks birthday! Thanks alot guys! I know for a fact I will not get any legos, but I know I will have at least $120 US with which I will BUY Legos, so I am still happy! jifel

That is rather impressive, considering the amount of parts usable. However, that Clone Helmet wasnt in the battlepack... jifel

That is beautiful! I really love the main turret gun. Great Work! jifel

Sotty if off topic, but what is the avatar, Scouts, if not your SigFig? I had assumed it was a new one, but perhaps not. stash2sixx, will my mech be at all a problem, or do you want me to make a new, more traditional sigfig? jifel

Operation Stack - a LEGO Experiment.
jifel replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in Special LEGO Themes
He could do several a day. Impressive project here, Sinister. I wish you luck! jifel -
Not quite. Mad if he fails, brilliant if he suceeds! Although Full minifig scale is impossible, maybe 2 yards would be possible, just lengthy. I am glad to see a Halo Wars fan! I never really liked the first person shooters, but I love and kick butt at strategy games. Although i dont have a 360, I am looking at it. jifel

I am: German Irish French American. Mostly American and Irish, hardly at all French. 100% Minifig... So shut up! jifel

Jifels and the three ARC troopers that were accompaning him fell through the sky, using shortt burst on their jumps back to slow their descent. Fortunately the sand dunes muffled the impact of the clones that survived the blast. Jifel noted with dismay that 2 luckless troopers would never rise again. Pickup and Skinner, two leuitenants, and Twister, Jifels captain, helped the Clones to their feet . "Sithspawn! What was that?" Jim responded instantly th Jifels rhetorical queston. "Some fighters shot us." Jifel sighed inside his helmet, before speaking up "We need to contact base, and get some support over here." One of TimBits Clones carried a long range comm, but he failed to ake contact with the fleet. "They must be jamming us, sir!" Tim-Bit looked at the members of the team, then said "Why dont we just sneak down there, and use missles to cripple them?" "Great idea! You brought the missles, right?" "Well, I think they were in the Gunship. We didnt have time to get any of our equipment out, so its gone now." "We have to get back to base. But on the way, lets get some information. I would bet that or little tip off may know just a little bit more. He could perhaps have tipped off the clankers as well!" jifel

Jifel scowled at the news "why didnt we pick them up on the scanner?" Tim But thought about it, then replied "They could be jamming our scanners, or been deactivated." "But why would they do that, unless they knew we were coming..." Jifel called to the trooper that had scouted out the clankers. "Trooper! How many droids were there again?" "Sir, it was maybe a dozen, mostly B1 droids. There were also 3 Super Clankers." Jifel thought it out "Its probably only a scouting force, but... Did any of the cans look different at all?" "Well sir, one of the Super Cans looked like it almost had a head, but it could have been a trick of the heat." Jifel realised immediately what the droids were doing "They must be investigating our base, to report the strength of our forces!" Jim looked grimly at Jifel. "We cant allow that to happen! We must destroy the droids, and recover that Tactical Droid, so we can wipe out any Seps on this Dustball!" Jifel smiled "I think me and my team are ready to do that!" jifel

Oh, that is not fair! Note that any male head with a radio can be used for my sigfig, the one I used is simply my peferred. Also, I believe there should be small placards by each sigfig, unless it is obvious (such as KimT, Hinkley, or Copmike) jifel

Tim-Bit looked up from his patrol to see a Consular Class cruiser, Eternity, fly overhead in the direction of the clearing where he had landed. Jifel disembarked the Cruiser, followed by a team of 9 ARC troopers. Pickup, the heavy weapons man, came last with a Quad blaster strapped to his back. A clone officer quickly greeted them, "We will be using this village as a temporary base, sir. The other elite team is conducting a recon patrol. I can establish a comm, if you like." Jifel looked at him and said "Do that, officer." As the officer ran off, an LAAT/c landed, carrying an AT-TE. Jifel quickly went into the small command station, and activated the scanners. Jifels comm buzzed, and Jim made contact. "Commander. Has the long range scanners been activated?" "Yes, and there is no signs of any machines outside of the base within 2 kilometers." "Thank you commander. We will continue the search" jifel

The cannon itself was tan, I think, but the AAT it was mounted on was Blue... jifel
