a nice theme for collections .. the space-guy in "blue" and aliens in "green" .. great color combination.

I’m really addict in Atlantis theme and angler fish is my most like Lego sea creature collections.

Thank you for your support and encouraging! Actually I completed this Castle of the Squid last year-end,because I’m very addict to the Atlantis theme. Total 5 boxes of 8061-Gateway of the Squid was purchased， and attempt to built a bigger architecture to hold all squids and warriors. Anyway, I've be posted my “Castle of the Squid” before in others forum, and the giant black squid was origin design by LEGO, wasn't me, so I’m not to decide to enroll this work piece into contest, I just want to shared this castle with all. oh .. cause it's Castle of the Squid ... so, i just placed giant & small squid and warrior only ..(see pic -2)

Combine 5 sets of Atlantis 8061 – Gateway of the Squid, into a huge architecture, named “Castle of the Squid”. It's a modular-built and may recombine into others form. The squid of the castle "grille gates" are used "upside down" approach to building, in an attempt to match the brown curved wall. The "red technic-connector part" that can rotate,Is mainly used to hold the black giant squid. Thank you for your viewing and valuable recommendation I wish to tile up the flooring, roof and etc, but I’mrunning out of tiles .. just lets it be natural LEGO stud …haha Thank you to pointing out and I’ll get improving in future , actually I’m no good in articles write-up, and presentation 。。 thank you for your viewing actually i didn't counting how many parts been used yet, because it's combine many LEGO sets parts. normally i'll use LDD to "virtual-built" a same moc, to recording down the builting steps and parts counting. Theme : Prince of Persia & Atlantis Title : City of Relgna Parts used : 1267 pcs (city building only) , 552 pcs (angler fish x4) Minifig : 6 Barracuda Warrior City name from the "angler” return text (angler => relgna), on land long ago is a big city, and later sank under the Indian Ocean, occupied by Barracuda Warrior. Relgna city is Middle-East design style. Main building in the brown color, and decorated by golden color. Middle East temple architecture is presented in a way semicircle. From door to window, the beams and other columns, you can also see the large number of architectural features of the curve. Whole City can divide into 5 modular parts: 2 giant gates, 2 double-storey building and a pavilion. ------ The tiles on the roof terrace represent “The Big Dipper”! ------ Backwall like a face-look, scary horror! ------ Buildings and pavilion on top of roof terrace ( on top of “The Big Dipper”) ------ Adding in minifig and angler fish .. ------ You can see more photos in my gallery, and LDD render 。 Your feedback is valuables ~ AppleLEGO ~

Theme : Atlantis Title : Temple of Poseidon - The Secret of Treasure Number of minifigs ; 1 Poseidon status，1 Emperor, 2 Crab Warrior, 2 Manta Warrior, 2 Skeleton and 2 Diver. Temple of Poseidon is special design that everything you could have seenever !! This is a modular buildings and it’s shiftable,detachable and transformable to different combination of building view. Sea creature was hide the treasure chest in a secret place, inside sunk Poseidon Temple, however braveness diver take the quest to find out .. ------ Temple of Poseidon was a an building sunk into seabed. It's partially destroyed and many diver trying to get the legendary treasure. ------ The 3rd level and above (4th level and roof) is shift-able along the track on top of 2nd level, it's show you different scenes of buildings ------ Temple is detachable too. After detached, 2nd level front hall is shift-able too. ------ By removing the 2nd level front-hall, there is a secret dungeon and "switchable" trap under it. ------ At the roof of the Temple, there is a turnable statue, the treasure chest hidden there but was stolen. ------ Front view of Poseidon Temple.
