Fantastic review and photos. That's a fun little creator set. Now if only we can get the USA to build these things in real life and finally get with the program.

If there's one thing you should change its that; share your creations! Everything else is understandable. -
REVIEW: 71032 LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 22
koalayummies replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
No, thank YOU! Always loved your reviews and really glad you took the time and had the opportunity to do this once more. Your photography, descriptions and pairing the new figures with scenes alongside other figures and settings are always top notch and the best way to really see the detail and get a feel for the characters. Your reviews are always my go-to for the best images. This is so much better than watching a 45 minute video on instragram as some dawdler opens each one like a sloth and fumbles around with them at arms length from wide angle lens with the energy of someone that just woke up from a coma. Thank you WhiteFang! -

Anyone who watches a forty-six minute video about twelve minifigures; I salute you. -

Well it still works great and they still offer it for free directly on their site so that's enough of an endorsement for me. Its really simple to use and quite addictive. -
I wouldn't use canned air like you get at office/computer supply stores as there are chemicals and sometimes you get nasty frost stains when it shoots out liquid junk. I use a hand-squeeze dust 'bulb' blower that many camera shops sell; no chemicals and never runs out. I've also heard suggested around here that a brand new makeup brush (one never actually used for makeup) is good for between the studs and nooks and crannies for built up or stuck dust.

Thoughts on 3D printing Legos?
koalayummies replied to metalgeekzy's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I think its pretty cool. Check this guy out for example: František Hajdekr, and some of his CAD Lego parts. He regularly designs and prints brand new parts based around both the regular system and Technic and its really fascinating to see what he creates and the world of new possibilities each part opens. Personally I stick to genuine Lego pieces but I very much enjoy seeing builders dramatically push the envelope of creativity with their own printed parts. -

Yeah 'best' is subjective. Here's two more in addition to Stud.io: Lego's official LDD: https://www.lego.com/en-us/ldd And LDraw: https://www.ldraw.org/ And there's also some for phones and tablets. In addition to this there are rendering tools that accept completed CAD files from these programs to create high-quality renders. -
Why is LEGO so hesitant about bringing back classic themes?
koalayummies replied to Lego David's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Ok fine I'll bite; what does proposing a new licensed theme based off of a contemporary TV show franchise have to do with classic Lego themes? More relevant here: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/177987-dream-lego-licensed-themes/ -
Welcome to the Town Credit Union financial cooperative. No longer the for-profit Brick Bank so you don't have to worry about some pricks on Wall Street gambling with your money and then whining and crying when they screw up and asking for a bailout from the government while wrecking the entire economy. Improved security, double doors with jail doors and ballistic glass doors so no more sneaky assault guy style wannabe james bond ninja thieves crawling through air ducts or down chimneys to steal your money. Full non-corner Brick Bank: Second floor, ditched the large safe where all money is kept together and thus easily stolen. Now they have private security and utilize random assigned double-keyed security boxes thus making much harder to walk off with all the bank's cash. Also kept the open lobby. All the old Brick Bank bankers are in prison now, for life, so new Credit Union employee, private security and the mega security computer five billion. \ Kept the chandelier: With 16-wide its nice to be able to split up the order of the buildings.

Help with identifying parts/sets!

These two recent pieces combine for a somewhat similar city-scale vehicle suspension (though the function is more steering than body-roll like the old red piece with springs): https://brickset.com/parts/design-69964 https://brickset.com/parts/design-69963 -

...While ruminating in numerous posts about the lack of bathrooms, back alley dumpster access and elevator in the new modular. These are toys not real life ; minifigures don't have bodily fluids, bowel movements, landfills or need handicap access. -

That's cause beverly hills people once saw pictures of the French Riviera, Monaco and Ibiza, called up a gold-curtain-rod-architect-bro to mash it all together, diluted it with Fiji bottled water and boom: beverly hills. -

This has been one of the most enjoyable continuously evolving builds to watch. Your constant innovation with parts usage and recolors and architectural designs is inspiring. Keep creating because this is awesome!
